19-nor andro and 1-andro

was looking into buying some of STEEL supplements prohormones, but on the livechat i cant get an answer i was hoping i could get one here, does 19-nor andro cause abit of suppression or does it cause complete shut down and what type of gains should i expect to get would it be more than a cycle of RAD and LGD.

19nordhea is a 19nor, obviously, so hypothetically it could shut you down pretty good dependant on dose and length of time. I looked into 19nordhea for a while and had a hard time finding info, it doesn't seem like many people have run it, but those who have almost universally say the gains are slow to come on so my guess is that it would be outshined by 1andro if you ran full doses. As far as being better than rad or lgd, tough to say, it depends a lot on how you personally respond to each compound, what kind of dosage you run and how long you run it. Which ever way you go, Steel is priced high and dosed low, so maybe look into some other brands if you go with andros.

the time to clear is down to the ester, not the compound. For example tren ace will clear quick, npp is a shorter ester of deca.

not starting pct until the drug is cleared (5 half lives typically) is a common point. I’ve also seen suggestion that you want to start a bit before to allow the clomid etc to build up so its effects are felt when the compound does clear.

its why people will sometimes switch to test prop from e or cyp for the last 4 weeks of a cycle.

I did a lot of looking at 19 nor dhea when thinking about a cycle but info is almost impossible to find. I’ve only heard one review where someone dosed it properly, like 1 or 4 Andro at like 300-400 and said it felt like a mix of 1 and 4 andro, more strength than either but less lean gains than 1 andro. I’ve seen some reviews where people run it at the suggested dose of like 130 mg or what not and experience nothing at all. I’ll see if I can find the good log again for you. Fusion brand has decalone which is 19nordiol which would probably respond far better being one step if you’re dead set on a 19 nor. (That’s a brand not a source, not trying to get in trouble for sourcing)

Same here as it seems its low in androgenic sides, but like you, can't find anything. Heard good reviews about blackstone Abnormal , but those are online reviews , so hard to trust. Can't find anyone who actually ran it or has a detailed log
