Natrium Health Sleep Support was pretty good and doesn't have melatonin (they're reformulating it to exclude the zinc). While it does have melatonin (at a reasonable dose of 0.5 mg), Legion Athletics Lunar was pretty good too. It's really hard to find sleep supplements that either don't have melatonin or don't have large doses (3+ mg).

Lately I'm just keeping it simple with taurine and pharmagaba. Those seem to be pretty effective. In to hear other options without melatonin.

edit: also remembered Genius Brand Sleep Aid (does have melatonin but at only 0.5 mg). It was pretty good too.

I'll agree on the growth factor xt. I thought it helped me with sleep and staying asleep all night.

sorry, but another vote to stick with Growth Factor XT... it's REALLY hard to sell any type of supp directly marketed for sleep without melatonin simply because (most) people wont buy it. I'm sure there's a few, but I have not seen any with really positive reviews.

Are you looking more for something to help get to sleep, stay asleep, get more restful sleep?

I like the flower, but damn it smells like a Snoop Dogg concert after I smoked it...strong AF
Most effective version I’ve tried.. just roll it up or pack it and step outside. Depending on the strain, you’ll be able to get amazing sleep or be productive. It’s been great for my back pain.

What's the best strain for sleep?

@blynch1
I’ve personally have only used Plain Jane CBD flower and have bought numerous strains. In my opinion, they’re all situational, I.e. you can smoke any time of the day and feel energized, relaxed, or sleep. For example - One of the oz’s I bought recently was some Hawaiian Haze.. I can smoke it in the morning and work on projects for hours (especially right now) and still have energy to clean up around the house after or I can also just relax/sleep if I feel like it and boy do I sleep good.

They do a decent job in explaining what each strain is best for in the descriptions and also YouTube has tons of reviews. If you plan to try some flower, I’d personally consider hemp wraps/cones (not RAW papers as they burn too quick) over pipes/water pipes. I get way more of the effects out of it in comparison (wraps provide hours of concentration or relaxation whereas pipes provide maybe 20 mins for me) and can sleep like a baby.

Another vote to stick with Growth Factor XT.
Another great one, though not speed aid is
Ironlegion Invictus. These are my two rotates.

Growth Factor is a great product.

Personally, I like to use GABA and ZMA a lot and using ZMA and adding in Gaba when you need it can be simple and cost effective. Now if you need something to knock you out when you have insomnia, you will need something with more kick.
