What’s the best thing to help with bones, joints, ligament repair and inflammation?

had a school boy error with bench press to the abdomen is all I’ll embarrassingly say.

I’ve been giving rubbish pain killers but is there anything that can help my recovery?

Joint Support XT is formulated to reduce inflammation and support joint and bone health.

Curcumin (with bioperine or in a form where absorption is enhanced) helps with inflammation and joint health and can be found reasonably cheap.

Can choose 1 or the other and try them solo for 8 weeks to see what helps you out the most.

Like said above can't go wrong with joint support xt by SNS. Definitely my go to joint supp.

What exactly is the injury? There isn't a lot of bones, joints and ligaments in the abdomen as you allude to

If nothing needs surgery, then one needs to heal / condition the upper body through proper conditioning exercises. Pills will have very very little effect.

My rib was clipped. Bruising to stomach. Main injury as my rib which was broken with surrounding soft tissue damage.
