24 hr high fat diet leading up to UA

Hello all,

Of all the forums to put this question in I figured nutrition was most appropriate. If not, to the mods, I apologize. Get ready, its a wordy one.

Since the end of PCT from a LGD-4033 cycle I've been maintaining a low fat diet for the last 2 months and sticking to it. I've lost tremendous fat really showing the gains from the LGD. I have a drug test UA for work thursday morning and although I am not a frequent cannabis smoker (probably comes out to 2 one bats every weekend) and have not smoked in 3 weeks I still am not leaving anything to chance.

Ive researched for a while and found this interseting. I was curious what anyone thought of this.

We know that THC resides in our fat storage, that being said you want to lose as much fat as possible leading up to a UA but stopping 2 days or so before hand (due to the levels of THC leaving through the urine because of them not being able to be stored in the depleting fat storage). I've been doing hard fasted cardio in the mornings along with depleting my calorie intake for the last week. I lost 8lbs on the scale and its not water, I actually cant remember the last time I looked this shredded to be honest (Although theres no way its maintainable for me, just trying to cut as much fat as possible as if I was cutting for a show)

So heres my question:
Would eating a massive amount of saturated fat within the next 24hrs causing a slightly new fat storage in the body help cover up the remaining THC metabolites that I MAY still have in my body that I havent been able to flush out yet?

I've seen this suggested around the web and I thought what better place to bring it then here.
At first it seemed ridiculous but the more and more I saw it suggested there more I had to share it for the good folks at Anabolicminds.

I can't think within that time frame (2 days) that it would make much if any difference... I'd be interested to hear more from someone with a better understanding, but my speculative thought would be that by adding a ton of fat and cals this would cause your body to basically stop burning fat at all and thus put less into your urine (more of the immediately "flipped" from what you just ate vs burning stores)... overall though, i doubt it makes any real difference at this point

Thats the thought process. Leaving only little time for new fat storage to hide the remaining THC metabolites isnt ideal, but it gives you the most time to lose fat leading up to the UA before starting a new layer of fat

I don't know enough about thc metabolization to comment on the high fat idea, but when I worked at a supplement store near a university, we occasionally had whole sports teams come in and buy qcarbo so I assume that works. I hope you pass the test/get the job!

The issue is that it isn't as simple as "layering"... your body doesn't work exactly like a "first in first out" system necessarily so "new" fat liely wont actually "cover" anything, so much as "dilute"
