Fat burning supplements currently?

Hello. I have lost weight 5 years ago from like 200+ lb all the way down to 140lb. At the time, I was taking

Norcodrene by Physique Enhancing Science
Forskolin-95+ by PEScience
Reduce XT by Serious Nutrition Solutions

I have a memory that these worked very well for me at the time. Literally made me go to the gym 6 days a week with lots of energy; whether that was psychological effect or not.

Since then, I have kinda let go of my diets, but with steady workout programs. And I'm a bit bulkier, but also a LOT fatter. I'm up to 180 pounds right now at 5"8. So I decided to get back into the strict diet with workouts to lose fat again.

What are the good/traditional supplements or stack people use nowadays? I'm not a big fan of the strong ones with desired side effects.

Thanks in advance!

Well PES has went down the drain. 5 years ago they had some good products.

I would do SNS Reduce XT, Lean Edge SNS Thermagize XT. Ultimate fat burning stack, thermogenics, non stims, and cortisol control.

RXS Radiate always gets a lot of respect and love on these boards. That would be a great product to look into
@TheMyth

I personally just enjoy using
50-100mg Forskolin 95
and working up to .02mg/KG of Yohimbine HCL first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.

If you enjoyed and had success with that stack in the past then I'd recommend picking up PEScience Forskolin+ again (they still produce that), SNS Reduce XT again, and filling in a stim that fits your needs.

I like Ignit3 by Olympus Labs as my kind of Norcodrene replacement, it isn't a super strong stimulant, but provides enough energy, mood and motivation along with some other pretty good fat burning benefits.

Outside that Norcodrene was powered by the Y, Higenamine, and Caffeine for stim effects so you could pick up bulk of those three from SNS and dose as you'd like (keep in mind SA2-A extract from PES will be a bit different than Alpha-Y from SNS but should serve the same purpose and be high quality as well).

Unaware. What happened?
They changed all the formulas for Norcodrene , amino iV etc

many dont like the change to help them market to international vendors And simplify the formulas

Thanks for all the replies! I would like to stick with Reduce XT. So far, Ignit3 and Thermagize XT seem good replacement for norco. Are there more/better options than these?

I'm also a bit unsure about the Lean Edge SNS. Not sure if I should stack this, or just forskolin95. Don't want to take 4 different supplements at once, really..

Depends on your tolerance or preference for stims. Ignit3 is "milder" stimulant wise, while Thermagize packs a punch.

No need to go too heavy on products, Lean Edge is awesome, but if you are already going Reduce XT + Forskolin then a stim of choice is the best way to round it out IMHO.

As you mentioned above reduce xt by SNS will be a nice product to run to lean out. I also like alpha lean 7 by Hard Rock Supplements. There are a lot of good reviews on it. It is on the stronger side of fat burners.

go with non stim .. if you are taking it alongside thermagizeXT

unless you are one stim crazy junkie then ignite & therma might work .. i would do one or the other ignite or lean edge with therma

reduceXT is a classic cortisol cant go wrong

THanks!
I think i can handle stims, but always still have that little bit of fear for some reason.

So right now, Reduce XT + Thermagize XT + (Either forskolin or lean edge). What could you guys recommend between the two?

im not a fan of forskolin ..doesnt sit well in my stomach .. if you have ran it solo with decent results .. can do either or to be honest

lean edge is more comprehensive .. not only supports cortisol, fat loss, metabolism .. also plays an important role in positive mood ..so i love it for that fact alone and you get way more out of it

Hi guys. I have been doing more searches regarding the stack, and I'm having a hard time deciding between too much stuff..

As of now, I think I will go Ignit3+Reduce XT (quite scared hearing Thermagize XT is very strong, although I have been very good with OG norco, and I don't know how Therma XT compares to that)

During the search, I also came up with lots of recommended non stims that constantly come across and it makes me even more difficult to make a decision..

Assass1nate / Lean Edge XT / evomuse DCP / Brite

Which one would be a good stack to the above?

And lastly, would it be too much to add Forskolin 95? It seems like many people dosing ignit3 is taking it with F-95 as well.

+ I should also mention that I have a problem with sweating. Even my heart rate at 150 doesn't make me sweat that much..

Don't overcomplicate it man, just pick something and go.

I'd just go Ignit3 and Reduce XT for now. Don't throw too much in all at once. At that point a month from now add F-95 or Lean Edge. You may be fine not adding anything so don't feel you "need" to.

Don't worry about sweating. That doesn't mean you aren't having a good workout, some just sweat more than others. Make sure you are staying well hydrated and eating nutrient dense foods to make sure your vitamins/minerals are covered and then don't sweat not sweating. ;)

Ingit3 should help increase some thermogenesis for some increased sweating and GBB in Lean Edge would help that if you do go that route (again don't feel like you have to or need to add anything extra for now).

I have the same response to forskolin with the GI issues. Last summer, I literally gutted it out for a full run and the GI symptoms went away after about 5 or 10 days. I think you can build a tolerance.

To add to my experience, I think the forskolin was effective for fat loss for about 2 or 3 weeks. It had no affect after that. And when I was younger, I think it used to boost libido. I'm 40 now and had zero libido effect even running it longer than I had in the past for a good 6ish weeks.

Yep.. trying to..
I just feel the need to know what to buy right now because I don't live in the states and I don't want to pay the shipping twice. The question is simply which non-stim.. People recommended Lean edge amonst many others like Assass1nate, evomuse DCP Brite, etc.. but then I've had good success with F-95 as well.

BTW, when people are recommending ignit3, are they talking about the OG or the new formula?

Since I'm stuck at home like most of you I decided to start cutting early. Here's my long term plan. I've been slowing acquiring cutting agents over the past couple months so I'm all ready to go, here's my plan supplement wise

Follidrone - 90 day supply

Day 1-30
Iron legion vii-kt (60 day cycle)
Sns lean edge

Day 31-60
Morphogen - morpholean
Morphogen - morphoburn

Day 61-90
EC stack if needed more cutting or maintain with yohimbe instead

If you've had success with something I'd go back to it. I reuse things I enjoy since I can "trust" they'll work if I've had positive experiences in the past.

Probably a mix of both for old vs new. The older had a stronger stimulant component, where as the new is powered by Caffeine + Teacrine + Dynamine in combo. The other actives should be the same so fat loss effects should be similar.

If looking simply at Lean Edge vs F-95 and others, I’d go with Lean Edge. It’s more expensive but more comprehensive.

The new formula for Ignit3 has been out for a while so that’s what I assume people are talking about
