Meal Prep Co's

Wondering if any of the members have found decent meal prep companies.

Locally i have found a decent co that i can get $7.50/meal and they are decent .. wondering if online can get cheaper shipped.

when i do meal prep, i do mostly cook myself at home but would like to have maybe 12-16 meals a month delivered for a change & traveling purposes.

So i live in Sweden so i havent used any myself. But i love Stan Efferdings food selection on his Food Prep Business. But chit is not cheap.
