Yeah I gotta start one a these ridiculous noob threads

Sorry

Will gh make my wrists thicker? I have the wrists of a 10 year old girl and I feel it may effect my look -ability to hold mass down the road

Or do bones get thicker in your 20s because I’m pretty sure they don’t stop til 30 ish I’ve looked at some some studies on the skull etc and they keep growing, dht receptors in bones

Also you see these older women and men have generally way bigger frames or denser idk what you guys think

Can’t believe I’m asking this

How old are you?

Working on your grip strength and forearms will increase the wrist size, dunno if GH will make your wrists bigger, but that seems a little drastic

First thing, why do you want thicker wrists? Doesn’t seem very useful.

I feel your pain on the small wrists. At 44 I still have small wrists. But on a side note it does make you appear bigger

It is actually more aesthetic to have more muscle on a smaller frame. Don't worry about small wrists or joints, make sure you build muscle around the bone.

I had 6 inch wrists at 15 years old at 6'4, it looked ridicoulous.
Fast forward almost 8 years later and now they are between 7.5 and 8 inches, and i only grew about 1 inch in height since then.

My jaw also grew. I had a beta male lower face. I have pictures of when i was 18 years and at 22 after the 1st anabolics cycle. Seriously, i look like a different person.

Mother said i developed more of a caveman's look hahahahhah and that it is due to "those damn anabolics" 😆

I am pretty sure lots of lifting had to do with my bones getting thicker.

however one thing i would like is bigger hands lol. They are not small by any means, but still i want the old man's blue collar meat hooks hahahah.

As far as your question, gh/secretagogues and nandrolone should in theory (more in my opinion lol) be the most anabolic towards the bone tissue and those are your best bets if you want to add bone mass.

But other things will for sure grow in the process.

My small wrists don’t effect strength at all, 475 bench at 215 lbs and wrists are the least of my worries pushing weight. More worried about muscles and tendons holding together

Hgh is overblown for gainz, youre gonna need to use it for a loooong time to see significant growth.

That is guaranteed imho, if one continues to use such amounts for such a long time that one sees hand/feet growth.
