@nostrum420 how many pumps do you get appx in Lithos ?

At the site and unable to zoom in to see the bottle .. i know recommended is 5-10 pumps .. will 10 pumps last a month ?
 
so im seeing in most of the logs and in the description of these products they target directly where they are applied? im curious if epichaos would have all the same benefits as something like epilogue for example? (or any oral epicatechin product that doesnt directly effect chest, shoulders, abdomen etc.)

Transdermal delivery can create both localized and systemic effects.
 
thinking of getting arimahex to stack with sustain alpha...6oxo/resveratrol pair together really well in my experience from using Patrick arnolds 6oxo extreme.
