Have used Kratom for a few years. Greens are my favorite and what I usually use. Energy seems smoother and last longer then white. Also I do lots of demolitin, concrete work and jackhammering. Kratom makes a big diffrence in days that I’m sore or tired. Usually use it two or three times a week but have ran it a week or two straight when I had lots of overtime. If needed for log I could run it daily.

I am down to log. Have used SUK Reds, super green, and green. Have a scale, and like to test with and without agmatine/caff. Can provide detailed log.

I've use many Kratom vendors. I've even had a pal forward me some from SUK. I have experience with doses of all sizes and many strains/blends. I can describe the subtle effects of small doses or detail the power of larger ones. I don't use it frequently, so my tolerance stays relatively low compared to other users with my experience.

I wouldnt take it to late.. It still provides users with some energy that later becomes more sedating and relaxing.. This is for the dampar.
Are we talking about the green or this new dampar
 
Yes. This is new for me also. I will experiment with the dosage and let you know my experience...
For example. My son takes green the most . gives him a nice long lasting clean energy with great pain reduction .. For me greens hit me slightly different. The pain reduction is great the energy isnt as pronounced but the mellowed relaxation is great!!
I have more of the energy effects the lower dosage as opposed to say 6gr dosage which for me personally really mellows me out.. Feel great, mood is amazing. No pain.. Just an overall chill type of feeling.. Relaxed x10..
