Sup guys, recently did a cycle which included 20mg cardarine every day for 6 weeks.is it safe to hop back on for 8 weeks after 6 weeks off or should I wait longer? just wanna minimize the risks of the cancer study

btw before i get the reply that the rat dosage equivalent is way higher than our recommended dosage, it was found to be about 50mg for us, which isnt that much over.

I understand that this isn't the answer you were asking for, but another thing to consider is the fact that 20mg is twice as close to 50mg as 10mg is. Just something to consider....

So is cancer the only thing you're worried about? You have a stance on this that it may cause cancer, and you are asking if it's ok to jump on again. Risk vs reward so I guess it depends....how much do you hate cancer? This is your call brother.

You should be fine to start. Take 15 mg daily for 8 weeks in 8 weeks off. That's what I have been doing last year or so. The cardiovascular endurance increase while on vs off is unbelievable. Cardarine is amazing for endurance and nutrient partitioning effect. You can eat twice as much carbohydrates on cardarine!
