How's AE on joints?
I'd say no effect, none positive, but none negative.

I train heavier and with more squatting than probably most people (volume-intensity wise not saying as in I am the strongest guy around) and my shoulder and overhead volumes can be quite ridiculous.

With that said even with how rapid my strength gains I have seen no increase in joint pain. BMP seemed to help with joints and cleared some stuff up for me, but this last 5 weeks or so back on Anabolic Effect is the best I've felt and have not had any issues and even did 100 pistols yesterday with no residual knee stiffness during or after (this morning).

Good to know there is no real effect on joints with AE. I typically will go for a multi with a joint formula in it if i can so it aides in preventing any joint issues.

So was rushing out when I wrote that this morning, just a couple caveats that may matter.

There isn't anything in this that I would think would negatively effect joints in any way.

What I think happens with products of a similar nature (natural anabolics that shouldn't have any active MOA that cause joint issues) is that these products increase your work capacity and/or your recovery. If you aren't following a structured plan (or even if you are but don't follow the right precautions) you end up adding more volume, training with higher intensity, or increase the frequency of your training without also upping other recovery methods. You feel great initially, but that may be too much for the joints if they aren't used to it.

Long rant(ish) post, but ya I have had minimal issues, don't forsee this causing any, but just feel you must be cautious with how quick improvements may come.

Glad to see someone else on a second run. I am on my second run, and the only consistent side I have seen is after a week it makes my teeth super sensitive. I haven't seen anyone else post about this, but it happened the exact same time on my first AE run with no other changes in my diet or lifestyle.

Iā€™ve read that Laxogenin helps some people in terms of joints .

100% agree with this. I know that I personally will add a few reps or even sets when Iā€™m ā€œfeeling itā€ which happens much more often than normal when I run something effective. I find myself going for longer runs with the dog too which adds even more ā€œvolumeā€ and general abuse to joints and tendons for sure

thoughts on running AE together with BMP and maybe another fat burner like True Shred?

Run Anabolic effect with BMP and log your run! I'm going to do that same stack in March/April. I'm probably going to run transdermal epicatechin from Apex alchemy also.

I've read that in some people but things like Cissus XT have a lot better consistent feedback for joint, tendon, and ligament health and it's also a lot less expensive than Laxogenin based products.

I think that would be awesome. I have to be conscious of how much I spend, so I keep a kind of "limit" or budget so multiple natural anabolic type products isn't as common for me anymore. Both those treated me well though so I can't imagine you'd have any issues combining.

Agreed. I feel like I noticed a little bit on Laxo, but also think I may have placeboed myself into feeling it helped my joints. Something like Cissus or Boswellia have a much more pronounced effect in that regards for me.

Agreed. It's very easy to spend a ton when trying to stack some natty products.

And usually for minimal additional benefit.

That said, bmp is so unique that you could stack it with just about anything and see something better. When stacked with something good like anabolic effect Iā€™d think the combo could make for a pretty dramatic recomp

True, very true. I was just making a comparison of natural anabolic, though . When I used laxo , I couldnā€™t tell if it was actually doing anything or not. I feel ā€œsomethingā€ but you canā€™t really pin point what.

Most of us have used at least 2 bottles in a row of AE on a run. If you are enjoying it, definitely go for 2-3 months. As far as stacking, I personally didnā€™t experience any benefits from BMP that would justify ongoing use, so I recently discontinued it after 5-6 consecutive months or so. Other people seem to love it, so I must be an anomaly. On the other hand, I respond exceptionally well to True Shred (more of a recomp agent than fat burner), and AE has also earned its place as a top supplement in my book. I just ordered two more bottles myself!

Any cumulative effect in running it for months on end, or is it just geared toward acute effects in 8-12 week spans? Iā€™m wondering if thereā€™s any benefit in extending my run beyond beyond 12 weeks. Worth it or are we just looking at diminishing / plateauing effects?

In my opinion, there would be so from a personal perspective, my run I'm getting ready to start will likely go beyond 12 weeks. It's just that from a company perspective, its common place to say 8 to 12 weeks on products like this. I hope that makes sense.

As the guys said, there's really nothing in here that should see any diminishing returns as far as effectiveness so in that regard, you're good to go... that said, formally we always have to say to cycle things after 12 weeks or so.

For me, my body can only take so much "above normal" progression for so long and that gets me to the point of diminishing returns... basically its less that the product can't continue to do its job, but my body can only go so hard for so long before I need to dial things back a bit and thus take a break

So my second bottle is running out soon for this run.

Hard to stop as Iā€™m crushing it in the gym, but I think Iā€™ll continue the 8weeks on/4 weeks off rotation for a bit.

Quick overview on how this seems to go for me:
Weeks 3-4 are where I ā€œfeelā€ the changes most. I feel and see increases in muscle fullness, vascularity, and pretty big boosts in pumps and performance.
Weeks 5-8 are where I notice the most benefits during training. I donā€™t ā€œfeelā€ it working as much I guess and I notice improvement in training the first bottle, but things just snowball in the second bottle where I feel unstoppable in the gym and I add weight or increase performance pretty much everywhere every session.

How much weight gain did you have at 8 weeks?

I went pretty slow this time. About 3lbs, but gains are always slow at this rate in the game.

I did almost have trouble eating enough this time though, I can eat a decent bit on this with how hard I train and have some pretty steady slow gains.

Maybe you have lost 1-2 lbs fat tissue? You said you thought you looked leaner than before?

Possibly, but idk.

I was honestly more focused on training performance this time around and probably wasn't as strict with the diet as when I ran the full log the first time. I am literally destroying my gym sessions though this may be close to the best shape I've ever been in.

Great run .. i know its so hard to stop on these supps when you are seeing results.

Give it time and then stack it with Mtest .. it is pretty fun :)

Purposely didn't buy more AE because if I did I probably wouldn't stop.

So I'll pick some more up in a month and run again.

Debating either BMP, M-test, or Inhibit-E with it.

My vote would be m-test just because I know how well they go together. BMP is def the most interesting (and one I want to try myself) so that would be my 2

Maybe if I end up trying to lean out during that time. It may be weird, but my biggest concern would be how much of a libido boost M-test may give, I already feel like AE gives me some boost (maybe just has me recovering so well things stay "optimized") and a little afraid how it'll be with more haha

On a side note I demolished the worlds easiest 5rm squat today with a beltless 415. šŸ¤·ā€ā™‚ļø
