Gents,

Been reading up on M-STEN and peoples posts on here. How do you compare this to SD? And to you puff up on glycogen like you do on SD?

Thinking of doing:
On
20mg 4 weeks
Tudca
Co-Enzyme 10

Off
20mg Tamoxifen 6 weeks
Test Booster

Also where is the best UK store for M-STEN? Bodyconscious has stopped selling PH/Designers.
 
Its a bit milder than sd. Doesnt cause the glycogen suck the way sd does.

Id save the tudca for after. Use MIC on cycle, methionine, inositol and choline- 1500/3000/3000 per day.

Wondering if I should run 6-Bromo during PCT a long side Tamox, but I'm thinking that may dry my joints out too much.

I'm gyno sensitive so I'm always over cautious.

I stopped taking SD do to gyno, but M-STEN is supposed to not Aromatase.

SD doesnt aromatize either.

And if you add an AI into pct, id wait a couple weeks before adding it.

SD Aromatase yes, but I been reading that M-Sten is not supposed to give the same gyno issues like SD did for some users.
 
I ran M-sten at 20mg for 6 weeks and enjoyed the run a lot. Sides weren't super harsh.There was definitely some glycogen retention.

I would run your nolva at the recommend 20/20/10/10 (you could add another week or two, if you really want to) and add an OTC ai at week 3 of PCT. Iron Legion Invictus or SNS Inhibit E would be solid choices.
 
Lol I’ll catch **** for this again but 40mgs of msten is about equal to 20mgs of superdrol. You don’t get the glycogen and look as swole on cycle bit when all is done you keep about the same amount. So.... this time I’ll give a warning and say most feel 40mgs of msten is way to much. Also don’t get me wrong as 20 mgs will definatley give results. So I’d say give 20 a shot and results will be good. I was really lean last time I ran it and the look it gave was still insane and everybody I knew took notice.

I used to love SD, so this sounds like an improved compound on it.

Where is the best UK store for legit bottles?
 
I ordered German Pharma Stenbolone (M-Sten) from BodyconciousUK a few days ago. They(German Pharma) are releasing now original PH formulas from time to time as limited time products, they released their original epistane for a limited time, before their current MSten release.
Brawn also has MSten.
 
Yes I've looked at the German Pharma at Bodyconcious but its £50 compared to Brawns £29.99???

Been looking at both their sites as they look good

Yeah, I noticed, big difference in price. I have not tried anything from Brawn and MSten will be my first PH cycle this year(only sarm cycles so far), so I went with GP as I have had good experience with their LGD.

Msten is definitely not an improvement upon SD. .... Although most have lower sides on it. For me results-wise, SD was spectacular, and Msten "good".

But everyone reacts a little differently.

What was your sweet spot for SD dosing?

Well to be fair... Most compounds have less sides than SD. But that doesn't mean they are an improvement on SD.
SD gave me the most physical changes (short and long term) of ANY compound I've ever run (and I've run a lot). I never had anyone comment on my physique on or after Msten, but I myself was kinda flabbergasted when someone sent me pics of myself on SD. The stuff is crazy.

20mg per day. Trying to figure out my dosage timing. Started messing with my sleep doing a split dose, so went to all am dose this morning. Hopefully I can sleep tonight.

I have to dose SD, and most compounds in the morning. It is easy for my sleep to be disturbed.
 
Are people seeing good results with 20mg M-STEN? I've read some people taking 40mg .

What are the gains/physique like compared to EPI at 30mg for 8 weeks?

I've been taking EPI mostly recently due to the less sides and good results over 8 weeks, but you don't get very big really, hence thought I would try M-Sten.

20 seems to be the sweet spot for most users. I’ve read about a few people going up to 30 and the sides became much less manageable. Everyone is different, however, so it’s not a one shoe fits all.

I think sticking at 20mg would be a solid plan. Rather than bumping the dosage up, run the compound for an extra week or two if your body is handling the compound well. I definitely wouldn’t run 40mg. Msten at 20 treated me better than epistane at 30-40. Hope this helps.
 
That's interesting.

Yes on EPI I start to notice sides by week 6 and I get dry joints too, so I have to be very careful with my legs as my knees tend to go.

Looking forward to running M-STEN. I may run a week longer depending on how I'm getting on.

I found with SD running longer didn't really help and I just ended up with more sides a bad shut down.

When I took msten my nipples hurt so bad they felt like they were gonna fall off. Have an ai on hand that's for sure. Only steroid period that had that effect on me so it's prob just me

I've ordered an OTC AI Arimax from Bodyconcious which is supposed to be the strongest you can get bar prescription. I'm using this as part of my PCT, with Tamox, but I am going to start it 3 weeks in as advised before.

I'm intrigued with this idea. I believe it makes sense and may help stop any rebound.

Don't know if anyone answered yet but powermyself.com sell brawn m-sten which is cheaper than most other brands and from what I read is g2g. Got 2 myself in the black Friday sale but haven't used em yet

Yes I've ordered that brand mate.

Looking forward to it. Are you going with 20mg? I'm starting as soon as it arrives.
 
Surely 40mg M-Sten is not the same as 20mg SD - Orals.??????

Everything I've read says does M-Sten at 10mg to 20mg. Never go to 40mg

20mg is good for most. You’ll occasionally hear talk of 30 but most wouldnt recommend it

IMO, Arismistane is a pretty weak AI but perhaps it's enough for you.

Never ran MSten. Have some on hand from Vicious Labs for a future run when I am trim enough to bulk. I have ran DMZ twice both for 6 week runs, can Msten also be safely run for 6 weeks like DMZ or no due to additional sides?

Yes, 6 weeks on Msten is no problem (dose dependent, of course)

I thoroughly enjoyed 6 weeks at 20mg

Most would say yes.
Personally, I'd run Cycle Assist and Tudca, and have something onhand for BP if needed.

Msten is also a great recomper. Keep cals at maintenance and you can kill 2 birds with 1 stone on that stuff

Agreed. I always run either Cycle Assist or OL Arimicare Pro for support for my cycles and if a methylated is involved 1000 mg Tudca. So the blood pressure support built into Cyce Assist may not suffice on Msten?

Cialis, garlic, Hawthorne berry, and celery seed are good options for added bp support.

Some people prefer more for Msten. Msten effects BP more in some than in others.
