The topical is really best at keeping a slow release between doses. I would run it as directed and just apply the Stano TD in the AM, as it will slow release over the following 6-8 hours.
 
If you order 2ea. Alpha stano do you get 2 of the TD?
How much of the TD would you use per day?
 
For every bottle of alpha stano, you can get a bottle of stano td. Add all to cart and the discount will be automatically applied.

Personally, I think 1-1.5ml per day is plenty when combining with the Alpha Stano.
 
These are non methylated and should be fine running two bottles back to back...assuming you're healthy.

If you were running standalone, OTC PCT would likely be fine.
