Gram of test 500 mg of tren next cycle?

Ran my first cycle was disappointed 500 mg of test! Gained so good strength but not much else! Shoulders got a little bigger but held more water!

I made a order of 20 vials of test prop and 12 vials of tren ace!

Plan on running it for 20 weeks to shed the rest of this bodyfat

Right now my squat is 500
Deadlift 700
Bench 315
285, 6,3! I am a fat powerlifter don’t wanna loose any strength and gains lean mass on a slight deficit!
My diet is 1 pound of chicken breast(5 pounds a day),pinnaple cans! Steaks,white rice all clean foods one cheat a month! Hey around 650 grams of protein a day each breast is around 150 grams of protein! I ran 200 mg of tren at the end of my first cycle my strength shot up but I only ran it for a couple weeks at a low dose blood pressure was fine and cholesterol!

It may not have been the tren it’s probably the 5 lbs of chicken breast that shot your strength up. try 6 lbs this time you will notice a big difference. You need more protien 650 protien is rookie numbers. Pump those numbers up.

So long as you don't have health issues to begin with you'll be fine. Plenty people have run test and tren high.
Exactly what I thought! Never had blood pressure issues or cholesterol issues eating 2-3 pounds of steak a day!

Never heard of 650g of protein a day and all from chicken? Chicken has about 100g of
P per pound. So your eating 61/2 lbs of chicken a day? Lol

He’s been reported a few times for being underaged but not banned. I’m not sure why cause every time he gets asked about his age he gets mad when we tell him he’s stupid for running so young.

At this point it’s just Darwinism so I kinda hope he does so it. Maybe he won’t be posting so much stupid **** on here as he’s on the transplant wait list

Those dosages are so unnecessary. And I'm not going to lecture you on your age because you, me and everyone else reading this thread know how dumb you're being.

That being said, if adding in 200mg of Tren caused your strength to shoot up quickly, why do you want to more than double that dosage right off the bat and up the Test as well? Steroid users with your type of mentality are the ones who end up dying eventually. I know it's hard to take anything seriously at 18 but this really isn't a game.

1) IT'S FUCKING TREN YOU DON'T NEED A LOT OF IT

2) For a lot of guys, the higher they run Tren, the more fat they burn. The caloric demand of the drug is very high. If fat loss is not your goal, Tren should probably be kept at 350mg/week or less. I get bigger very easily on 150-250mg of Tren. When I go higher than that, I start to shred up. Another reason why you should start low to see what happens.

3) The higher you run your Test dosage or dosage of ANY other compound WITH Tren, the more side effects you'll have. Why do you want more side effects when less than half that amount of drugs will get you incredible results? I would never run Test higher than 250-300 with Tren because I WOULD NEVER EVER NEED TO and I like to sleep, not soak my sheets, be a nice person and not feel like crap. I've never had side effects doing it this way.

4) Your body is going to adjust and develop a tolerance to whatever you give it. If you give it 1g Test and 500mg Tren, a 4-6 weeks later you'll need to up the dose anyway. Start at 200 Tren and see how far that can get you and then when you hit a plateau, up the dose or add something else in. When they give cattle Tren to beef them up, they also give them estrogen. A higher estrogen environment is going to cause you to grow quicker with any compound, but especially Tren. Tren pairs well with wetter compounds like Dbol or Anadrol.

5) For your goals you should be running Tren Ace and not E. You should be pinning Ace every day to avoid side effects and you should be pinning it pre-workout. If you want to run big boy drugs, be a big boy and pin it ED.


I run Tren like this:

200-250mg/Test the whole cycle + one oral or SARM to kickstart
shouldn't need to worry about an AI if the Test dose is this low
30mg Tren Ace/day weeks 1-3
40mg Tren Ace/day weeks 3-6 + switch oral or SARM or up the dosage of it at 4 weeks
50mg Tren Ace/day weeks 6-9
Caber or Prami shouldn't be a necessity at this amount of Tren, but I usually do 0.25mg Caber 2x/week or 0.5mg Prami 2x/week as needed. Helps balance out the mood and emotional issues with Tren.

Never have had many side effects or anything but a great experience running Tren this way.
