Hello!

I just received my vector from Black Lion Research

My goal is to bulk, currently sitting at 150 pounds 5,10. According to some research my peak lean weight is 185 pounds based on my wrist and ankle circumference.

I plan to cycle this for one month and wait to see if any progress arises!
My macros will be set at 2700 cal.

I Will be weighing myself every morning everyday and recording stats and keeping on eye for any side effects.
Three 1.5 hour gym sessions a week with adequate rest periods. If I gains just 2 pounds in a month that’s a win!
Very hard gainer

1 capsule morning with breakfast. 2 Capsule preworkout snack. 1 capsule evening with dinner

1. Natural anabolics seem to start yielding visible results after 2-3 weeks. You're short changing yourself by only running it for a month. You'll be stopping just when the fun starts.

2. Vector dosing recommendation is 6 caps a day. Any reason you're only shooting for 4?

3. If you can, get more days in the gym and hit everything twice in a week.That on it's on would set you on the right track towards Gainsville.

4. Personally, I feel that if you're only shooting for 170 grams and only training thrice a week you're not a "hardgainer". There are still a lot of things you can do to stimulate new growth. Now if you had said I eat 200+ grams of protein, I train every day, I sleep 9 hours every night, and I STILL cant put on muscle, then (assuming your training protocol and nutrition are all in check) I would agree and say yes, you are a hardgainer. Vector will only enhance the effort you put in. Don't expect it to make up for gaps in your approach towards bodybuilding.

I don't intend to sound harsh in the least so if I come off that way I sincerely apologise. I genuinely think you need to take a harder look at your basics and reevaluate your approach first. Vector isn't a magic pill. Half ass things and you'll get nothing from it. Full ass it and youll be quite pleased with what it can do for you.

And yes, yes I did say full ass it. LOL.

Well I used to lift 5 times a week and I used to eat like crazy and what I realized thats actually not the best thing.

Tons of research has shown that 1 gram of protein per pound of weight is MORE than enough. People are way too obsessed with protein consumption. very high protein intake will lead to very high histamines in the body. Gaining muscle isn’t about stuffing yourself with surpluses. It’s all about fine tuning the body.

3 days of very hard work in the gym is actually quite adequate. Rest is so important ! 48 hours is optimal for large muscles and many workouts overlap.

I am starting with 4 and then ramping up to 6 so I can assses how my stomach reacts to high dose extracts.

of course I know it’s not magic. I would just get on roids then. I have 9 years of lifting experience I most definitely have learned a lot.

Bodybuilders have quite proven that more protein is better. Not to go overboard, just that many people could consume more protein and absolutely benefit from it. At 170g, I would say that is enough to gain, especially at 150. I would stick to Vector at 6 caps a day, either 2/2/2 or 3/3, and run for at least 8 weeks. We are going to be having a big sale coming up, so you could pick up more on the discount. As for workout frequency, if you ate enough and rested enough, you could maximize hypertrophy by hitting every muscle group twice a week. But whatever you choose to do, stick with it for a time period, and then evaluate it.

I will be posting an official update for day one today. But hollyshit this stuff def gave me dreams! I slept so good ! hope this effect keeps lasting! like really I slept so well! I feel fantastic today!

How much of a calorie surplus is 2700 Cal's?
about 400 calories.

They're vivid AF aren't they? Experienced the same when I took them before bed. @brundel I wonder what causes this?

Hey, if you've figured out what works for you, you do your thing bro. Subbed and hope to see some good results.

I wasn't suggesting a dirty bulk, by any means lol. Though I will say, protein is tried and tested, I've always seen directly proportionate results the higher my protein intake is. Just my 2c.

If you have any digestive intolerance with Vector, you can expect an acute response within 30-45 min of ingesting. The worst I've gotten is a little gassy. If not, jump straight into the full recommendation.

Okay folks I am here to report on day 1 (last Saturday) and day 2! Day 1 my macros werent the slightest of what I wanted. Probably 2400 calories.

Woke up feeling refreshed. I had energy and my mid day gym session was excellent I hit triceps, chest and legs.

My performance was fantastic, strength was solid and I got through the workouts feeling accomplished and slightly challenged.

Appeptite was relatively the same. I heard reports of vector making people hungry not so much for me. I will note however I am able to take the full dosage with zero stomach problems. So as of now I will be doing 2/2/2

Sleep was absolutely amazing. Even a 2 hour nap felt so rested! What is this stuff !!!
Also anytime I close my eyes for a bit I start to see extremely vivid visuals. i can basically dream semi conscious!

Who knows what’s placebo if any but so far day 1 was amazing.


As for day 2 i decided to rest for Sunday I was a little sore everywhere. My macros were once again not on par With goal. But protein intake was adequate. Sleep was once again great and this morning for the first time in a while I noticed my abs looked more shredded than usual.

I really can’t say if I am just crazy but this is what I have to report. Amazing stuff so far

Will be updating soon. Sorry holidays and fam time messing things up. One thing i will report is weight is up but i cant tie any strength to it or visible gains. Probably just water. Sleep continues to be phenomenal i feel rested everytime i wake up its just amazing for sleep. Which is huge for gains.

I am looking forward to next week. just ordered another batch for blackfriday deals. I am basing this purchase on just the sleep quality I am getting alone.

for me this so far is an amazing sleep aid. I don’t wake up feeling drowsy I feel perfect.

I honestly expect vector to give me a boost in all aspect. Strength. Size and fat burning. I don’t expect something huge. Nothing dramatic in a short period of time is healthy. Things that work dramatically always have serious negatives. Also a lot of substances in herbs don’t have long half lives or high affinity to receptors. Hence why they advise 2 pills 3 times a day. Even that may not be enough. I may increase to 3.

only negative to vector so far is i wake feeling so refreshed but I feel soo god damn comfortable in my bed I want to stay asleep. It’s like vector turns me into a baby. Babies sleep a lot cause they are Growing

another thing to report vector may have increased my appetite just enough to seem normal! Cause normally for me, my appetite is so bad I barely eat.

Top 3 important things to making gains in the gym in order of importance. Diet. Sleep and Gym

Update! Can confirm. Lat muscles are bigger. I usually wear tight wife beaters at night. They def small on me. But i just wore 3 different ones all the same brand and size. The clothing is digging into my right lat. now i need new wife beaters..

Quick Update. My macros haven't been consistent especially yesterday probably at half of what i needed to eat but i got my protein intake.

i am very happy to say i am up 2-3 pounds from starting this cycle so far. This Saturday will be 2 weeks.
I think vector works when you sleep.

If your 2 to 3 pounds up and only eating half the calories you planned then your initial calculations may be out lol

Okay guys I finally got some time to go over my experience with vector.

I want to make it clear that my macros havent hit 2700 often. On one day my calorie intake was 1800 calories. Most days it’s like between 2000 and 2500. Regardless I am legit gaining weight, my strength is up and my muscles are fuller.

To be fair I have been away from the gym for 4 to 5 months. But before that I was struggling to put weight on especially because I am also on finasteride .3mg A day. (imagine being off finasteride)

Now whether this weight is glycogen or water or lean mass only time will tell when I get off the cycle in a month and a half. I plan to taper off so it might take me longer.


Interestingly I developed a super minor sore throat that seems to come and go 3 days ago. i think it’s almost gone. past 3 days I was resting except today I went hard on my lats.

Started at 70 pounds for the lat pull down bar. Today I am maxing out at 170 10 reps.

It hasn’t been 2 weeks Yet.


I feel like i am getting tons of the benefits of an oral cycle! Like the ones I did back in the day but without oily skin. Hair shedding, acne.

Same time vector doesn’t seem to actually really empower me in the gym. I keep saying this but I feel all of the work vector does is when you are asleep.

Gains aren’t made in the gym. You pay for them there. Get your **** in the kitchen and then you get built in bed.


I need more time to asses the effectiveness of vector and it’s side effect profile


Possible side effects:
Dehydration.
Histamine up regulation ( technically good for muscle ).
Minor Increase in appetite (best noticed on days I don’t workout)

One for sure side effect
Sleep

I am in love with sleep. I sleep like a cat now.
I freelance for work. I haven’t worked the past week lol.
I quickly fall into deep dreams and I wake up feeling renergized but at the same time I feel so god damn good in bed I can easily fall right back in.
Grow like a baby!

Also ive taken 4 photos in practically the same lighting some position and same posture to asses. So far it’s not dramatic but there is some clear changes.

If i hit 170 lean within a year while using vector on and off. I can truly say its amazing!

Regardless! if you aren’t near genetic potential and have a hard time gaining. Vector is the only thing out there that doesn't seem to be bullshit. Legal and doesn’t seem to have a high side effect profile i don’t even use creatine (That **** just helps push harder which any stimulant can do). Plus bad for kidneys.

I hate working out with a full ass... makes squats and leg press a real gamble

By the way guys i am looking to drop 5% body fat. Top two things people suggest besides the obvious calorie restriction and cardio.

Without being a dick (which means I'm being a dick) I don't see it. Pics look the same. If you have gained 3 to 4 lbs I gain that in one night by eating pringles before bed. 3 to 4 lbs spread over your whole body isn't gonna show in pics. It's great your commited to the log and if you gain another couple of pounds per week over the next few weeks then the difference of 12 to 14 lbs over your starting weight should be fairly noticeable, the key will be how lean the midsection still appears.

look at my arm bro. It’s obvious af. I made the phone to scale on both photos as symmetrical as possible.

but you are right it’s too early to tell anything serious is happening. 1.5 months left

Interested to see what another 1.5 months on it will do for you! As long as you feel you are making progress thats the most important thing.

Quick update. Still gaining mass consistently! Starting to weight gain in legs. Strength is up in every area. My back is starting to show muscle everywhere.

today marks 3 weeks and 1 day.

At this rate i should be 160 pound by month 2 lean.
