12/12/19 Update: after feedback, research and based on what i have the plan is to run F2, AE and BMP for 12 weeks(through March). Take a break, assess and if all went well start again.

If a cut is done i will add in Alpha Lean, Invictus and VII-KT
If i have any lagging areas i will use Top Muscle

Original Post:
Hi guys, so glad to have found this forum and have spent the last few months lurking, reading a d researching. After years, a decade actually, away from lifting i found myself in my mid 40s at 6'2" 225lb and just plain soft and fat. Over the last 2y i have gotten my diet and routine in order and am now 185lbs, have a good base of muscle, just starting to see abs and am in the best shape of my life!

Too take it to the next level and after much research i was thinking about a continual supplement plan based on follidrone 2.0, mtest and anabolic effect as follows
  1. Week 1-4 Follidrone(F)
  2. Week 5-8 Follidrone and Anabolic Effect(AE)
  3. Week 9-12 AE and mtest(MT)
  4. Week 13-16 MT and F
  5. Week 17-20 F and AE
  6. Week 21-24 AE and MT
  7. Week 25-28 MT and F
Then just keep repeating number 4 through 7 so that you are between the 3 using 2 each time while taking a break of 4 weeks each 8 weeks for each item.

Then if
  1. bulking add in a run of Xgels or EvoMuse TopMuscle
  2. Cutting add a combination of Alpha Lean, Invictus and VII-KT
What do i have wrong here?

Its natural - you can do whatever you want. Run them continuously - whatever. The only one that needs a break is ARA.
Cycling on and off is not necessary and will negatively impact progress. Many guys including me run natural supplements as staples. I have been running Folidrone since it came out with some small breaks to try other epi products that never lived up to the results of Folidrone. I have also been running Vector since it came out - and just recently switched to AE for at least a few months. I have been running BMP for over 14 months and running Top Muscle a couple times a week only since it came out (I can't do ARA). If something 'big' comes out I will try it. So far AE is a better Vector....

Taking a great supplement for a month and then removing for something else is a waste of time and money and un-necessary overhead for your mind and your body constantly adapting to something new.

If I were you and you want to run (only) two supplements at the same time?
Start with AE and after 1 month add BMP - utilize this for at least 6 months.
(Folidrone is great, but these are two biggest bang for your $).
If you are stuck on Folidrone, then substitute it for BMP.

You can bulk, cut, recomp whatever using these - just adjust your diet for your goals and don't bother throwing your money away for 'cutting' supps until you have exhausted what you can do with these supplements and your diet.
Your better off taking your cutting supp money and spending it on support supplements like bulk Citrulline, Agmatine etc..
Feel free to PM me. btw, I am 52. Good luck!

Some good information mentioned above and i agree with it. Definitely you will need to take a break on the ARA or your joints will pay for it. Other supplements are good to go and you should see some nice results from the AE!

Seems we thought out and not much I’d say would need to be changed.

As long as they fit your goals and compliment your training and diet that’s a good set up. I like the idea of the overlap like that for cycling.

Thank you all!

banjobounce : For over a year i have been whole food only hitting generally 45% Protein, 35% Fat and 20% carb with the carbs being closer to 15% on non-training and 25-30 on training days.

Ptlhains : I did read some of your past posts and a few others indicating you can do these natty items full time even thought the manufacturers recommend a break out of an abundance of caution and/or to limit adaptation. Good to know i can run them all forever or longer than planned above

LeanEngineer : thank you

Resolve10 : Thank you for the perspective. That was my initial blush: great a cycling plan the rotated these, had them stacked differently each time and provided a break from each to ensure no issues/adaptations.

I have run AE, MT and Evomuse BMP solo and liked them all for different reasons. F2 looks like the next item to check out solo then i will likely start the above plan and possible add BMP to the rotation.

I didnt mention that i am late 40s so need all the help i can get...but damn its amazing what you can do even at this age with some dedication! Seriously i went from barely fitting in 36 jeans to now fitting perfectly in 32. I am leaner and have more muscle than ever....even when i was in my 20s!

Add some lecithin PA and run items for 12 weeks each vs 8 and I really like the plan. At your age I would also get hormones checked. If TRT is legit needed get on it and enjoy the benefits.

@BCseacow83
Thank you - plan after more feedback and research is to run F2, AE and BMP probably through March. I will look into Lecithin.

As to TRT, i had my Dr test just Total and Free Test last June, came in at Total T 440 ng/dL and Free T at 95 pg/ml(or 9.5ng/dL. From what i can tell that puts both in range with Total a little lower than average but Free right at the average.

I wouldnt think TRT is needed yet.

I am 52 and my test levels are fine - now. They were not about 6 years ago. I was no train wreck, but I changed my diet (I am no longer insulin resistant, I no longer drink, smoke or do dope), I got my head straight (stress mgt), proper sleep, healthy relationships and got back to squats instead of the leg press (which only fucks up your hips) etc...and focused on conditioning (and I don't mean cardio). I switched from gym guy to powerlifter and now am in the best shape of my life, natty (have always been natty) and can outlift most real lifters half my age that are on PED's. I love it. It bothers me to see how many people are eager to get on TRT when the right answer (to their best life ever) is right in front of them. But that's their life....

@Carnivorecon : Thank you and Lol! I am single after 18y with a gal so I have free time and dedication to just be the best i can be! People do comment on how much weight i have lost and recently I have had comments like "are you working out" and "you look bulkier, good". So that just stokes my motivation. I have simple goals: just be 70% of what Jim Stoppani! :p

@Ptlhains : I am definitely not eager to get on TRT! When i had it tested last June i was basically the same weight as now(185) but much more fat and less muscle. I also still drank pretty heavy 3-4 times a week and would eat out 2-3 times a week. Now with rarely drinking, a clean diet, more muscle, increased stamina, and focusing on compound lifts i am interested to see where my Test is when i have it checked in a few months!

I agree there is no reason to rush into TRT I just recommend guys get checked after a certain age as a general health marker. If levels are healthy and you have no symptoms there is no reason to introduce medication.

What age do you recommend getting checked? I've heard age numbers all over the place so just curious to what age you recommend. I've heard a lot of people say after 30.

I would say if no synptoms then no need until 40, then every couple years unless symptoms pop up or yearly if your numbers are still in range but low in the recommended range.

That's a good protocol to follow.
