12/12/19 Update: after feedback, research and based on what i have the plan is to run F2, AE and BMP for 12 weeks(through March). Take a break, assess and if all went well start again.
If a cut is done i will add in Alpha Lean, Invictus and VII-KT
If i have any lagging areas i will use Top Muscle

Hi guys, so glad to have found this forum and have spent the last few months lurking, reading a d researching. After years, a decade actually, away from lifting i found myself in my mid 40s at 6'2" 225lb and just plain soft and fat. Over the last 2y i have gotten my diet and routine in order and am now 185lbs, have a good base of muscle, just starting to see abs and am in the best shape of my life!
Too take it to the next level and after much research i was thinking about a continual supplement plan based on follidrone 2.0, mtest and anabolic effect as follows

- Week 1-4 Follidrone(F)
- Week 5-8 Follidrone and Anabolic Effect(AE)
- Week 9-12 AE and mtest(MT)
- Week 13-16 MT and F
- Week 17-20 F and AE
- Week 21-24 AE and MT
- Week 25-28 MT and F
Then if
- bulking add in a run of Xgels or EvoMuse TopMuscle
- Cutting add a combination of Alpha Lean, Invictus and VII-KT
