So random question. I’ve been looking into all the things I’ve been taking lately and trying to single things out as to what’s messing with my endurance even slightly. I’ve been taking a good bit of aspirin for a while and read up on something called AERD which is basically aspirin induced asthma. I had asthma as a kid and notice I’m getting asthma symptoms while doing cardio and working out in general so I haven’t taken any in a few days. My hemoglobin is on the low end and I’m guessing the vasoconstriction from caffeine and especially aspirin paired with lack of oxygen circulating via hemoglobin is causing a loss in muscular endurance. I also found out recently that I’m allergic to aromasin so that messes with me too. Go figure.
Anyways, I’d like to hear the everyone’s opinion on this topic. Thanks.
