hey all, long time lurker and dont think ive posted before but been taking AE for a week now and noticed my sleep hasn’t been the best but workouts have been getting better oddly... anyone else having this issue? Have taken vector with no issues before so curious what it could be with the newer ingredients

Thanks

Been following AE threads (and recently started taking it myself) and there are quite a few reports of - better sleep. I can't recall seeing any about poorer sleep. It will probably settle in soon. Are you taking your last dose later in the day?

Ya I noticed numerous people saying that! Actually have been taking it first thing morning and lunch time to avoid the sleep issue. Could honestly be me overthinking it but just was curious of the other things in there that aren’t in vector!

Sleep is one of those tricky things that can be multifactorial. Any other changes you can think of?

Not really have stopped pre workout as well and caffeine intake! Could be me overthinking introducing a new supplement into my body as I typically only take creatine...will try to keep taking and hopefully it passes

Seems these guys have you on the right track.

I really don’t think it should be causing it, especially given how you are taking it.

Hopefully you get it resolved, but try not to stress about it (I know easier said than done).

Vector gave me bad sleep the first week. It went away by the end of second week. They have the same ingredients so...

Haven't heard of this yet with AE. Like said above maybe give it a week or so and see if sleep improves after your body adjusts to it.

As has been said, there’s nothing in there that would directly lead to sleep changes (realistically either better or worse - likely better only due to being more tired from harder workouts/pushing more). Just keep an eye on it and check for any other factors (stress/holidays is one for me always)

I train at 5:30am. Bottle says take with food. I train on a empty stomach. Has anyone had stomach issues with taking on a empty stomach?

I think most products in capsule form will say take with food to avoid upset stomach. I haven't heard any issues with AE on empty stomach but when I used it I always took it with a meal.

I don’t think you’ll have any issues on an empty stomach.

Thank you. I was going to take the first 3 at 5 am. Then the last 3 at dinner time.
If u feel like it does, try maybe 4-5 hrs before bed time

Agreed with this. the more time you give it between when you take it and before you go to bed less likely it will cause any sleep issues.

I take 3 fasted before my workout almost every day and haven't had any issues at all.
