So the potential neuro-protective and GI benefits have me curious. Not asking for sources(coincidentally my inbox is clear tho), but came across this site:

Would like to know your thoughts on site and experience with Tianeptine.
Thanks
If you think you have any addictive potential I wouldn't touch it.
Honestly, if someone's not had any problems with addiction in the past, I'd still recommend against it.

I don’t know about the neuro-protective and GI benefits, but I don’t think this would be a first line supplement for either purpose
I have had my fair share of experiences with Tianeptine, and it’s largely very positive. Vicaine was certainly much more than Tianeptine- and the formula in its entirety was designed to reduce the potentially addictive nature of Tianeptine. Vicaine was amazing, and I went through many bottles. The only negative was a reduced libido after a few months or so. I never experienced any withdrawal symptoms whatsoever. IMO, that product blew away Kratom- by a long shot. More positives and MUCH less negatives.
I also tried pure Tianeptine Sulfate 25mg x 3 doses per day, and really didn’t experience anything that special. Just potentially a bit more relaxed- and even tired if I took 50mg at once. It basically just feels like a dose of a mediocre racetam. Tianeptine Sodium as a solo ingredient was also relatively mediocre, but it did have some nice results on a few occasions combined with the right stim product.
I actually just ordered some capsules a few days ago that contain sodium, sulfate, and free acid. I wanted to experiment with this product in hopes that it will yield some nice results on occasion. I would rather revert to taking Tianeptine in any form than be stuck in a Kratom war.
Tianeptine is a full mu-opiod receptor agonist while kratom is only a partial. As far as abuse potential goes tianeptine is more dangerous for that reason.Crazy how people respond differently to the same stuff. Vicaine was amazing and I tried Tia sodium solo from MA and the effects wasn’t close to Vicaine. Like I said for me, I had withdrawals from Vicaine. Nothing terrible, just brain fog and headaches that lasted about a week. I get very similar results from Kratom like Vicaine game me. Except Kratom lasts about double the time and it doesn’t make me crash or make me irritable.

Tia is like the snake that turns around to bite you and it bites pretty hard. If used on a regular basis physical addiction is real. And with tianeptine initially it gives razor sharp focus and clear thinking... But turns on you quickly and will destroy memory (when abused taking high doses over prolonged periods). If you think I'm playing look it up experiences on reddit.
After a 9 month run I needed 6 months and a lot of lions mane to get my mind decent. Its still never fully to recovered to what it was before Tia. Brain regeneration is a slow process.
I’ve taken this and Kratom. Tia was much harder to separate myself from than Kratom. The 1 hour or so of enjoyment isn’t worth it. I take Kratom as a PWO and before I play golf. If I go 2 or 3 days without it, I don’t feel the need for it. Also it last 4-6 hours for me.

3 grams in one dose? Lawd I was up to a gram at once and about 3-4 g a day. Eventually it stops working. There was a good few months I really enjoyed it. But that shyt was a nightmare crawling out of that hole.I felt like it ramped me up in a way. But eventually I had to take 3+ gram doses to feel god...and feel good it did! But te same exact pattern of any opiates I've used.. felt incredibly similar too

Ive come off all the hard opiates and this drug def isn't harmless. The mind fck is so bad bc it's also a tricyclic anti depressant so the withdrawals are multi layered along with the opiate wds you have to deal w the damage to the brain.
It's hard for me to understand how anyone could read about the hell people have went through with this opioid, and still be trying to figure out how to start using it.
Thank you all for the replies. It seems that chronic use should be avoided. What about PRN if you’re just having a bad day? Like 1-2 a week max? Would that have side effects/withdrawal?
I was able to use it like this for about 3 months. Then I introduced it to a buddy and we used it for maybe 3 consecutive days to help power through a tough job. That's all it took - off to the races from there. It ruined a lot of sht in my life and my buddy dam near lost his fiancee over it. It messes with your head...thoughts and feelings. I just think that eventually it will pull you in. It's not as demonic as hard opiates but it will control you just as fast. I hate even talking about it bc I feel like such a fkn idiot for those few months and the crazy amount of $$ I spent on it. Quitting was awful but I talked to a couple guys on here that had a tougher time than even I did.Thank you all for the replies. It seems that chronic use should be avoided. MA is a genius...really. that vicaine was formulated perfectlySo I did end up receiving my “Ultimate Tianeptine Tablets” yesterday that are 50mg Sodium, 25mg Sulfate, and 25mg free acid. I split the tablet in half to feel it out - I got a mild increase in mood for maybe an hour, and then returned to baseline. I took the other half a few hours later and kind of remained the same, or just a bit more spacey...but not in a fun way. Incidentally, I did take it with some stims, a choline source, Flmodafinil, and Sunifram, as I was more or less after obtaining that Vicaine feel. It was definitely a failure and I don’t plan to use the tabs again. For me, the positive attributes of Tianeptine remain exclusive to Vicaine only.
Though I will always remain a Vicaine fan, I have finally come to the conclusion that I am not a Tianeptine fan. I thought it would be another tool to utilize as I wean myself off of Kratom, but I have now abandoned that plan. This latest experience has made me a bit less enthusiastic about Tianeptine, and I agree with the majority here and wouldn’t recommend Tianeptine supplementation to anyone..

I know! He certainly put a great deal of thought behind the ingredients and how they were dosed to produce such a favorable outcome. He certainly didn’t just throw a few random ingredients together and hope for the best...haha!MA is a genius...really. that vicaine was formulated perfectly
I have been on a mix of Green Maeng Da, White Borneo, and Yellow Borneo daily since July 1st or so...without breaks. Most of it was at 3 gram -sometimes 4 gram doses about 3 times daily. I am now down to about 1/2 that depending on the day. I basically feel like shyt without it, and also feel like shyt if I am not back in the higher dose range that I was at. Even then, the impact is quite small and mostly just allows me to function normally. I have been using Agmatine and Black Cumin Oil to help the taper- but they really don’t seem to potentiate my lower doses, or alleviate withdrawal symptoms.Wean from kratom? What dose are using and have you been tapering? I take breaks and have minimal issue, so just curious.
You read my mind. The thread should be, I'm going to use this stuff no matter what so please only share positive experiencesIt's hard for me to understand how anyone could read about the hell people have went through with this opioid, and still be trying to figure out how to start using it.

I’ve learned a lot from others responses. Unfortunately not yours. Way to contribute![]()
Is he wrong? I mean.... even after hearing the worst of the worst reviews on this it didn’t change your mind.
Yes he is. How do you know my outlook hasn’t changed?
I've contributed by telling you if ppl ruining their lives with this stuff. It's not my fault your looking for someone to say go for it. Go for it, log it if you like. I could care less. But if I asked about a substance and the amount of ppl that told you how bad it was responded to me, common sense would tell me to look elsewhere.I’ve learned a lot from others responses.
