I just found the article. HiTech acquisition. Ordered 2 as well.

Thanks for the clarity. Im way too excited about this (even though I know it won’t be half as good as the OG)

Straight up Slimmy theft...even slimmier is his portrayal to the customer of "back by popular demand."
Look at what they do with old gaspari products

Even black stone uses the same packaging and just slaps there logo on it

Well was it stolen stolen or was there an agreement to purchase the naming rights?

And Gaspari had an agreement with them as well, it’s likely the IP from joint products stayed with Hi Tech. These are not surprising arrangements

Yeah I know, but all they do is use the same packaging/label and just slap there logo on it,

But to let a side company like BSL use a product with gaspari packaging, that’s just low.

And you’d like to think PJ would have said something and maybe wanted his own brands packaging/label on the product

So apparently this new version of Jack3d has geranium extract. But isn't that the same thing as DMAA? lol

Yeah, just another name for it. Other companies have done that as well.

Exactly my point. Wouldn’t be worthy of a post if they came out with another Jack3d Advanced formula, which was essentially smashed up lollipops.

Curious to see if the FDA steps in again because it sounds like a loophole as (if I understand it correctly) geranium extract is natural and DMAA the synthetic alternative.

Unless they state DMAA, it could literally be extracted for colour, for all we know.

I’d like to try but don’t think it will be earth shattering.

Just marketing in an industry already full of hype. Don’t see that as major problem. But need to wait for sales/deals to bring the price wayyy down

Remember when the OG jack3d was like $22 at GNC? I miss 2011. Didn’t realize how good we had it.

I know it’ll probably be a let down but I’m going in optimistically. Getting trigger point injections on Monday so once I recover a bit I’m cracking it open.

It’s no worse than Jack’d Up knockoff. And there is demand for it, they didn’t buy the name for no reason.
Given that the original USPlabs owner has stated it was a fraudqisition, it doesn't sound like they had much choice in the matter. Regardless of your feelings for USPlabs, it sucks to see a brand name taken from its previous owners, especially seemingly without consent.
