Hello, new to this forum. I want to leave. A cycle log for what I’m currently running because i haven’t been able to find anybody else who’s done one with this particular combination and documented it.
So here’s my stats I’m 31 years old 5”11 and weigh 205 lbs. my body fat is 12%. The diet I’m on pretty closely resembles Stan Effordings Vertical diet with a few things I’ve added in on my own.
Breakfast:
1/2cup steel cut oats
Half apple
Banana
2 Cup of cereal
1 cup almond cashew milk
4 raw eggs
Lunch:
1/2Lbs NY strip
1cup white rice
Soy sauce
Snack:
1/2 cup peanuts
Dinner:
salmon filet 1/4lbs.
1 cup white rice
Snack:
Protein everything bagel (12g)
5 strips bacon
Cheese
Shake:
3oz super greens
Frozen Blueberries straw berries raspberries
Orange juice
1/2 Apple
Fiber supplement
Banana
Plant based protein 20grams protein
Snack:
1cup peanuts /cashews / almonds
Casein protein 50grams protein
I drink orange juice and cranberry juice throughout the day.
I’m taking 500mg test E and 25mg oral LGD and I’m one week in. I could feel the LGD immediately getting a crazy back pump and all lifts are up in weight hit PR’s on everything already so I’m pretty excited about what’s to come when the test kicks in. Im going to be weighing myself bi weekly and updating here.
