Hey everyone.. does anyone use any nutrition apps? I'm looking at some of the ones more directed at the bodybuilding/fitness industry instead of just the general health ones, so like RP, Macrostax, Avatar Nutrition, Stronger U. I've used the free myfitnesspal to log food, but I know some of these apps use algorithms and real life input from coaches to update your weekly macros based on goals/weight changes/performance etc.

The ones that use coaching involved cost a good amount and usually a cookie cutter set. If your looking for coaching that’s a different ball game. Dm me and I can help with that.

For apps
MyFitnessPal or mymicros. For nutrition

Fitlist is what I use to track my workouts

RP is pretty solid and only 15 a month.

It adjusts each week based on progress and they keep updating with added food options to log.
