Unanswered Anabolics and sides

Hi I'm new to anabolics, well done couple of cycles with anavar and another with winstrol as reading about others and side effects have put me off injectable

I ran orals with cycle support and pct so all was done correctly and my strength went up but not a great deal noticable

Stats - 34 years old, 6'2" (about 23% body fat according to fit quest scales in gym)
Been training for around 3-4years and not seen a huge difference where people notice size, I know myself I have put a size on all muscle ares but nothing really noticable probs due to fat hiding it

All diets have been spot on with correct macros, only thing I dont like vegetables, but took green supplement to try and help this

I take creatine, whey, instant oats and peanut butter in my shakes, and have bcaa and glutamine tablets

I'm guessing I need to lower my body fat more which I am currently in process but want to put on some decent size and definition for holiday this time next year

Keep researching about anabolics but side effects put me off, how do people deal with side effects and what sort of cycle would you recomend? I dont want to be stupidly bloated and spotty, I know can take airmidex for gyno and stuff but can you prevent other sides as feel like I need to jump on the anabolic wagon

Thanks for any advice good or bad

Adam

It still sounds like you really need to dial in the diet and should practice something like counting macros/meal prep based on a diet program (where cals vary weekly), and get your diet really dialed in. It's a complete game changer.

If your diet really is on point, then those oral cycles you did should've yielded good results.

Without ultra dialing in your diet, anabolics will just provide very temporary gains, and the fat will keep coming back.

I've worked out my macros for my diet and wrote everything down with correct amount of protein carbs and fats but just dont seem to put much size on, I try and up my lifts but dont seem to be increasing, currently benching around 80kg

The thing is, these macros vary weekly. IE: as you gain, you need more and more calories to support the new gains and create new gains. When dieting, you need to ramp down the calories (and macros will also change) over time, gradually. If you stick to set macros throughout a cut or bulk, results are gonna suck.

I would recommend an app that helps you track and set goals. It can get complicated without something to aid the process. I recently got the RP Diet app (Renessaince Periodization) and quite like it, but it does cost, and it's only one option.

For anabolics, can't go wrong with a 12 week cycle of straight testosterone (cyp or enanthate). Very few sides to worry about and not many ancillaries required.

I would like to point out than anavar and winstrol are “anabolics” that is AAS, Just usually in oral form.

Would also like to say that injectables usually
Have less sides than orals as a whole, with the exception of a few. And Injectables will be better for your health in the long run than orals will. A lot of older guys don’t even mess with orals anymore.

Sounds like you have a lot of homework to do.

Thanks for advice mate I understood that anavar was an anabolic I was just meaning been put off by injectable

And agree I have homework to be done, I know the problems orals have on liver toxic and various other sides but when I research about injectable seem like a lot of sides I want to avoid so been thrown off trying them

What are the few sides that injectbales have as the exception??

Thanks

They are much milder for me in every regard except estrogen. Less blood pressure issues, less cholesterol issues, less shutdown issues.
I dunno night sweats would be the most noticeable things I get from injectables that I don’t get from orals.
I like online resources like steroid.com, just start searching injectable drugs and read the whole analysis of each one. They’ll tell you everything including side effects and dosage. I feel like with enough research you’ll know all these things. There’s less to be nervous about pinning except what can easily be picked up on a comprehensive metabolic panel.

Welcome to the tall club too. You’re gonna have to get serious with food if you want people to notice you even workout. eating should be exhausting to you, not eating the **** that gets you to 20+% either. The chicken brown rice and avocado you don’t want to eat. And then eat again with another mound of rice 2 hours later when you are still full. If that wasn’t your first statement, this is too easy right now for you. You’re going to have to train with more purpose and eat until you hate fucking eating. The only thing different about adding drugs is you can do so while dropping some fat. Or at least not put more on. That’s it.

What is your testosterone levels naturally? That’d be a good place to start too if you are getting meh results in the gym despite trying hard.

Tell a doctor you are experiencing XYZ (insert impotence, fat loss, lack of energy, no libido etc) and ask specifically for all of your hormones to be checked ( remember you pay them, they work for you) if they refuse or say it doesn’t matter, walk out and ask for your copay back. Or just search the thread here for cheap bloodwork and order a hormone panel (do the female one since it tests for the same hormones just cheaper) but you gotta be able to get the blood yourself I believe.
I’d want to know, because if you are <350, it’s going to be really hard making progress in the gym.

The reason I feel this is most important is simple. 4 week cycles are never going to change your physique the way you want it to. You could absolutely crush diet (which no one does they all just thing they do, myself included) and maybe see a bit of results, and then see a month of great results and just return to substandard again. If you are fighting against plummeting hormone levels it’s going to be that much harder. Real results long term come from 1. Diet (no matter how good yours is, it needs to be better, this goes for all of us) 2. Injectable hormones. Four week oral runs are just rapid and unsustainable, you’ll never look like that year round unless you’re on injectables too. 3. If you are ready for it, TRT. I’m not advocating TRT but I jumped on a year after how old you are now. I couldn’t imagine trying to do this without it. But if you have low T, at least you may have this as an option that you think about for some time and be certain you are ready. I’d want to know. If they are in range, you have to get serious with diet and training, using a trainer or following a cheap online program, not skipping meals or workouts and doing everything verbatim. I’m blown away by what this has done for me, even with very limited drugs too.

Ok mate thanks for advice again
I was eating around 3500 calories a day of clean foods like piles of brown rice few chicken breast nuts porridge steaks but felt like I was putting fat on aswell so now in the process of calorie deflict and trying to cut some fat back and then steadily increase calories
U say need to keep eating but wont I put fat on if I'm eating stupid sized meals all day even if it's clean foods? I'm willing to put the money in for diet and eat more if that's what it takes but dont want to go fat again if I manage to strip down at the min

I’d get your hormones checked first. And clean vs dirty doesn’t matter just cals in vs cals burned.
It’s just harder when you eat good food to overeat as badly but plenty do. Use MyFitnessPal for a few weeks and track your calories plus imputing what your goal weight it etc.

I use myfitnesspal now and track all calories that's why I thought I was on track?
I read that the lower the body fat the easier to build muscle so going to try and do more cardio and lose fat then in new year do a mega bulk and eat like **** and hopefully see some results

That’s the first thing my trainer did was cut all my fat so we could bulk easier and at a more realistic weight.
