If you have low testosterone, it doesn't matter what you take a pill or powder wise you can't fix your health.
You should be getting bloodwork done to make sure your body is firing on all cylinders regardless of your goal.
If not then you are really not going to help with anything if you can't function normally and everything is in a proper range.

yeah but I noticed it was worse while on low fatYou could go low carb and still have a low sex drive. Carbs are tied to testosterone levels. It’s the total amount of calories that play the largest role. Keep the reduction minimal if you’re concerned.
