Hi guys. I ran a couple PHs before and got a little gyno. Ran OxXXL and it went away and then 4Midable Mass brought it back. Got my bloodwork done and my levels aren't dangerous they said but I'd like them to get better. I was thinking another OxXXL cycle but would try something different. Also what estrogen bl9ckers would you reccomend to lower and stop it from rising?

How do you know you got a little gyno? What symptoms?

any pct following these cycles? How much of the compounds did you run? For how long? Any test?

I’m confused by what you mean about wanting to get your levels better? Obviously these bloods are off cycle....:so I’m not sure how running a ph cycle will improve your off cycle bloods? If anything it’ll make them worse.

Fast tracking to TRT I see?
What were you using to prevent gyno on the cycles you ran?

I always get a little scared when I see “well this cycle I got gyno, and this cycle I lucked out a didn’t, but the next one I got gyno again” - like it’s just luck of the draw and nothing could have been done to prevent it. And then seeing a test level of 400 after “a few ph cycles”.
Unless those number are you being 45 or older, more precautions need to be taken if you want to keep doing this stuff.

yeah the bloods read like a ‘28yrs old, run some random ph cycles, didn’t pct’ story board but in fairness some people do sit lower on the scale naturally. Question made no sense though....

I got my bloodwork done to see where I was at. I've got hard lumps behind my nipples that didn't pop up until after my 2nd cycle of PH. I took ATS Labs VI-B during and post cycle along with Built Recover for.

Would running another PH drop my levels back to where they are now afterwards? Or could there be a chance they would rise and stay slightly elevated from where they are now post cycle?

No no no no no.
You are destroying your natural test levels.
Every cycle you end up with lower test levels, especially if you aren’t using adequate ancillaries.
If you want to improve your natural levels, do NOT cycle. See a doc that specializes in hormones and see about a restart protocol like HCG and Clomid.

I say this with no disrespect, but you don’t understand how this works and your bloods are showing me that. 400 isn’t the end of the world, but to put it in perspective, with responsible cycles and effective post cycle therapy, my test level at 34 was 863. More cycles put me down to 337 eventually and I got on TRT.
You have to go into this doing the following:
-Get labs, see where your hormones are
-run a cycle with the proper support(nothing over the counter or bought at GNC will suffice)
-get labs during if the cycle is over 4 weeks
-get labs after your post cycle (4-6 weeks on Clomid, Toremifene or Nolva in that order of effectiveness)

If everything goes perfectly, if you start with a 400 total test level, after you recover from the cycle you will have 375-380. Sometimes it’ll be higher temporarily because the SERM is still raising it, but it will level out just below where you started. Nobody does this and ends up in a better position after a cycle then when they started, otherwise none of us would be on TRT unless we are an advanced competitor and can’t risk ever coming off. And most of us with any cycle experience here are ON TRT. That says right there that you won’t be able to bring your natural levels up with steroids. You’ll only lower them.
Please read on here every day before you continue using hormones. If you’re really 28, your levels should be double that. Taking action would be a good idea at this point but I’ll be putting my money on you being on hormone replacement in the next 5 years.

Were those bloods done morning, or afternoon?

They were taken at about 6pm eastern. A local health office runs bloodwork and pushes their own TRT that consists of inserting pellets into the glutes to slowly release over about 4-5 months. I went to their orientation to ask about getting the bloodwork done as it was cheaper than other options around where I live. I didn't fast or prepare any other way as I didn't know they would be drawing blood that day.

As a natty, at 6pm, your testosterone plasma levels will tend to be at one of the lowest levels for the day. 400 for that time is normal and actually pretty good; if you are "normal", and your levels follow a normal diurnal rhythm, at 8am they will tend to be about double (800, or even more).

Its common practice to do male hormonal blood draws early morning (8-10am) to better see peak levels.

yeah exactly this brother. Seriously, read this and take it on board. You seem to have a misconception about the impact of ph/aas on your natural test.

when we run perfect pct’s etc all we are looking to do is minimise the drop in our natural test from pre to post cycle. If you can get it back to pre cycle levels or damn close that’s a win. Cycling ain’t gonna increase it though
