They've been having so many problems lately that I'm totally gun shy about dealing with them. Long T/As, jacked up prices, little to no communication, website up and down, limited inventory, supposedly a fire, etc, etc, etc. Not sure how much of this is out in the wild, but it's all over their FB group if you're a member. They stopped taking credit cards, merged in with a couple of other companies that I considered questionable, and have been having trouble ever since. According to their defenders on FB, their product is still good, and people just "...need to stop worrying..." and "...be patient..." and "...everything will be ok...". The ongoing customer service issues are not trivial, and people really need to remember that without credit cards, they have zero protection if the company folds. Whatever transactions were in flight are lost and they'll never get that money back.
