So basically i am experiencing all kins o issues.
I am going to go to my primary care physician tomorrow but here is the list of symptoms i am experiencing.
Again, it doesnt have to be clomid

Only drug i am taking is clomid 25mg per day.

- ringing in the ears, lioe right now mad buzzing, as if i had been to a rock concert
- chest discomfort
- fatigue
- bone pain, especially jaw pain
- headaches
- visual hallucinations pre-sleep
- anxiety
- heart palpitations

also, dry mouth. Something tells me this is important.

Just throwing this out here. Anyone have any idea of what is going on?

I understand we all have issues (my grandpa used to say that if you wake up and nothing hurts and you are 40+, then you are probably dead) but i have a pretty rapid onset of these symptoms.

SO something is going on.

What were you cycling? You sure the Clomid is Pharma quality?? Some of those symptoms could be linked to the anxiety such as the Chest tighteness
Fatigue
Headache
Palpitations
Maybe even the ear issue??
Could be hormones all over the shop??
Hope it all comes back clear.

Request a holter monitor for 24hrs.
Request an echocardiogram.
When these come back fine, your anxiety will reduce probably to the point where you may no longer experience any palpatations.

As mentioned above I’d do all the test possible, I believe everything is in your head and created from anxiety so having positive results showing you’re fine should fix everything.

When I think something is wrong, I start to notice symptoms that weren’t there. Get as many labs and tests as possible so you can put your mind at ease.

I ran test with occasional masteron, averaging 600mg per week (combined), from late march to beginning of june. After that i cruised on crap underdosed test averaging probably no more than 50-75mg of actual test per week.

And problems started after my massive phlebotomies and after i started using less than adequate amount of test (i was at 400ng/dl right after injection, so i was probably at 200 right before next injection, basically low test throughout the cruise).

I dont eat ham at all.

I will request another holter monitor.

Clomid is pharmaceutical yes, and i am getting eye pain which leads me to believe it might be the clomid,

Measured my bp an hour ago 114/61.

This is either caused by iron deficiency or clomid, it must be one or the other.

oh btw
Monday bloodwork results
Test 506 ng/dl
E2 22 pg/ml

And i have terrible insomnia, like i cant sleep at all without melatonin, stay up all night. But that is the problem i usually had, it went away when i was on test and now it is coming back.

Ok guy. Instead go to some 70 year old general practitioner that doesnt know what his old text books havent told him and has never heard of a man taking clomid.

@NoAddedHmones of course i am consulting with the docs. I am all over them. In fact, it has been my main preoccupation lately.

I read about thrombosis cases in men who were taking clomid. Also, heart attack cases in women.

I did take clomid before and experienced no sides, not even emotional, at this dose i am taking now (exactly the same clomid, from the same blister pack). Quite the contrary, i started feeling realoy good and had great pumps about 2 weeks in (but it was a short 3 week cycle and i was nowhere near suppressed and atrophied as i am now)

I know it can make you feel anxious, bitchy, emotional...
But it didnt last time. And my test is not low anymore. It is 500 ng/dl.
With normal e2.

So wither this time i am having weird reaction to clomid ormit is something else.

Tomorrow i will be bringing samples of my gear to test for heavy metal contamination, just to ruke that out too, efen though my GP thinks that 4 months of exposure to steroids is unlikely to cause heavy metal poisoning, she says it would have to be years of exposure.

but you never know. Cant wait to get results back.
It is actually this pharma test that i am sceptical about, i havent taken anything besides it since june.
And right when i started having symptoms, around late june early july, it is the only thing i have taken ever since. So if anything is contaminated, it is probably it. But i am taking samples of my homebrew too.

And it is horrendously underdosed, that pharma test.
Yes, it is pharma grade. People have been buying it from pharmacies around here and reporting that it is crap.

Yhe plan is to test gear for heavy metal contamination, and then whichever metal(s) come out on top, i am going to test for their presence in my bloodstream and see whether the concentration is high enough to cause health issues.

Bro.
I take ALL these drugs that you’ve used ALL THE TIME.
They cause mild anxiety, some sweatiness, slightly elevated bp.

And Clomid causes ONE side effect: crying like a bitch and not enjoying life much.
Every single side effect you are listing are not associated with Clomid. I could drink vinegar or 100mg of Clomid and I would not know the difference. It doesn’t do anything. AT ALL.
I’m flattered you think we are going to diagnose this from 800 miles a way, but you keep going and getting your hormones tested... Go to a REAL doc and explain your 17 symptoms and get things checked out. These threads aren’t doing squat for you. You’re killing me here.

That’s not how GP work. They look at symptoms and rule out illnesses. What he’s taking isn’t going to be significant. And that’s the only thing I can diagnose for him, is that Clomid is NOT doing this.
He needs to get medical attention. He had a hematocrit well within range and was draining blood until he went iron deficient. His **** is all
messed up now because Hypochondriac......

I am all over the doc's office. And they seem to be at a loss.
They decided to test my ferritin and liver enzymes again, but in about 10 days.

I get no emotional sides from clomid, which is interesting.

You cannot deny that heavy metal contamination is not a possibility.

Stop reading symptoms and start reading about labs. CMP Test will reveal 95% of health problems and I guarantee they’ve done one bc it’s the first test you will have ordered with that many symptoms.

Spoiler: You have fibromyalgia.

They did comprehensive metabolic panel every time i have been to the ER. Never found anything significant.

i mentioned massive headaches and tinnitus i started havong yesterday to the doc today but she is like " alright we will see what the bloods have to say" but they are in 10 days.

The only other thing that comes to my mind is heavy metal poisoning. I am going to check that.

Ok.
But did you consider that the symptoms for heavy metal poisoning are in a medical book? Quite possibly one of the books that these doctors read and learned over the 12 years of their schooling?
I’ve injected some sketchy ass ugl gear in the last 12 years, I’m not really sure you’re getting heavy metal poisoning from a 10weeker.
But anything to get your mind at ease because we are at a loss too.

I specifically brought that up to my doc but she said it is unlikely.

Injected sketchy gear you say hmm?

me personally, never again. I will rather drive 5 hours and pick up the real stuff at the pharmacy where it is legal(and risk getting caught at the border).

I think you should not put any chemicals of any kind in your body for a month and then evaluate your symptoms. Im not trying to be funny or rude but a psychiatrist may be your best option.

Hey man,
not offended at all.

I agree that period of low test and experiencing severe symptoms of iron deficiency messed up my head.

clomid is probably icing on the cake.

it is also possible that masteron messed me up. Gave me panic attacks and i havent been the same ever since.

2 years ago i had bubbly urine and thought my kidneys were failing. Then when i was waiting to go to the kidney doc I started having really bad heartburn and back pain when I ate as well as bathroom problems. I though I had pancreatic cancer. Literally berated the doctors, had every test basically known to man, and went to mayo clinic. All the testing and all the money to tell me its ibs. After awhile the pain stopped, no more heartburn, still shitty digestion, but living with it. I am not saying there isnt anything wrong. I think it is definitely worth it to get checked out, but sooner or later you just gotta believe there might not be something there. I also went to a therapist and took cymbalta which really helped. Just my two sense. I wish you the best of luck

My night vision seems to have deteriorated some.
And i have terrible insomnia.

And you know what is funny? Everybody has different theories. While consensus in the "West" seems to be that one should run a serm after a steroid cycle, here where i live the idea is frowned upon, especially if it is test only cycle.

What do they suggest? Are there bloodwork studies to back their theory up?

They say no point in "poisoning oneself with serms". A good multi, healthy fats, zinc, magnesium etc. and time will take its course.

Even a single dose of exemestane raises lh for up to 80% in 24 hours if we are to believe this study:

PicsArt_09-12-11.22.09.jpg

But it is redundant to take it while taking a serm because estrogen receptor is blocked anyway.
It should be beneficial lowering estrogen with an ai to some extent while coming off of a serm.

Oh boysie. No Serms. That’s like skipping the milk after a ghost pepper eating contest.
They are also preachers of not using an ai on cycle.

I deliberately tried not to use ai for couple of weeks on cycle, to see what would happen (500 test).
Moonface and some water retention. E2 went up to 100 pg/ml and prolacrin shot up. I lost libido and developed ED, but other than that i felt fine. Blood pressure wasnt too high, around 130/80.

The first time I didn’t have an AI was the last time. Nipples were painfully swollen and itchy and growing lumps behind them. F that.

Even with e2 at 109 pg/ml and prolacrin at 420 iu/ml (e2 3 times the normal range and prolactin 50% above high end)- absolutely no nipple sensitivity, no itchiness, nothing.

i guess i am lucky in that regard.

i also get no hair loss, not even on masteron and proviron.
I get a little bit of acne, but they go away with 2x a day showers.

But that is why i have to get all these other issues.

I would honestly preffer some acne, hair loss and gyno instead of this abnormal heart rhytm crap.

It would suck if i had to stop clomid now, but it seems that it is giving me palpitwtions. Roughly 6-10 hours post my dose i start developing hardcore anxiety again 😐

Energy and libido is seriously starting to improve. I am not emotional at all.

i am just fuked up from all this heart stuff.

Its clomid i ran it before without side effects (ran it for a little bit shorter period though), straight from a pharmacy and works very well and fast. Test levels recover fast after cycle.

Noone knows wtf is going on. Terrible malaise whenever i get up from lying position, if i go for a walk it is better but if i stand i nearly collapse.

And what is interesting, it is better in the evenign. I feel lile sh1t the whole day and then in the evening i can walk properly without having a feeling i am about to collapse and then i cant sleep 😐

And my bp is good, 125/67 measured today.

Just so that there is no confusion, as i said that energy is improving and yet i said i feel like collapsing,

i do not feel symptoms of low test. I have motivation and drive to do things, libido is fine too. But i am panting after i walk for 20m and feel like collapsing every time i stand up.

hematocrit is 0.45
hemoglobin 153g/l

those numbers even though in the normal range, are actually lowest ever for me. Even before cycle, my hct was 0.477, hgb was 166 g/l.
Just putting this out there. I dunno...
