HUGE Thanks to @cheftepesh1 for sending me a bottle of INVICTUS, there stress managing, fat burning, immune boosting topical from Iron Legion! He's a cool guy and came through like the folks at IL & IF always do. You guys get some folks in here for me.

I hope to see a noticeable difference in my stress levels, which stay at a maximum and are amplified by (yet, even more) career instability and the anticipation of my first child (son due Dec. 2) Between this old house, my woman, and my boss, I could use it. Its been almost 2 months since I last used IF's Neuro-P5, and life without it is beating the **** out of me. Its become a staple and I'm curious to see how Iron Legions Invictus helps. I am also at the point where it may be time to start my FIRST EVER cut, so if I chose to do so, I will make note of any fat loss I notice.

It took about a week before I first noticed anything with previous topicals, so I took notes in my phone until I hit the 1 week mark. Today is day 9 of using it. Had I anticipated such a fast difference, I would have started a log just like any other product. I tried to bypass 7-or-so days of slow rolling and no updates, but I was wrong. I apologize if the formatting breaks between my notes and the forum. Here's what I've gathered over the past week.

Day One
AM&PM-Clavicle

My initial thoughts are almost not worth mentioning. I expect it to take around the week-one mark to notice much of an effect. I will note that the smell seems identical to P5 to me. A half milliliter dose isn't very noticeable, and if it's not desirable, could easily be covered with a single spray of cologne, but it doesn't bother me anyway.

Day Three
AM-Traps / PM-Pecs

First I'd like to add a revision to the first entry. That night, as well as last night, I slept excellently. I wasn't expecting to notice much of anything so early, so we'll see if it keeps up before we credit it with sleep quality, from which I am left well-rested and wakeful. I haven't noticed much other than an impressive dry rate.

Day Five
AM-Traps / PM-Clavicle

The restful nights are REAL. Those who have trouble sleeping know exactly how much that can impact your day. This afternoon is when I realized how quickly I've gotten over things that I normally let bother me. Work, Life, and the chaotic balance between them seems more peaceful, though when I stand back and analyze it, the only difference has been Invictus.

Day Seven
AM&PM Traps

I've had a great first week. I'd honestly be satisfied if my results plateaued until the end of the bottle. Tonight I decided to apply my PM dose to my traps since I'll be staying up late and won't have it rubbing all on my sheets.

Good feedback on the stress/sleep side. Alot of what is normally discussed with invictus is purely fat loss/cutting. With less stress/less cortisol spikes/better sleep though your body will respond accordingly on the training side/recomp though. It's just a different means to an end.

Day Nine
Single 1ml Dose in PM-Chest

Had to head into work entirely too early to be asked to apply the first application. Left the house at 3AM and didn't finish nonsensically being about until 8 tonight, so I'm about to take a shower and double up, one ml on the chest up to the neck. Ive noticed that my hands are pretty dry, may or may not be the product. Either way will be wearing gloves just in case. Btw, I didn't make it nearly as late as I had anticipated on the 7th night. David Attenborough talked me right to sleep lol

Day Eleven
AM-PECS / PM TRAPS

I feel as if a layer of brainfog that I didn't know I had has dissipated. It's not as if my tolerance for life's simple bullshit has gone up, but as if less things fall into that category- like things that normally urk me aren't bothersome. This is what I hace been waiting for, and now the effect is strong enought to notice. :)

Day Fourteen
AM-PECS / PM-CHEST(upcoming)

Long-winded update incoming!

In hindsight, I should have uploaded some before pics and took beginning measurements. I started this log at ~170#. As of today, I'm sitting at ~167#. I cant say for sure if it's water or fat, but I can say that my diet hasn't changed from the slow-bulk I was on before starting (200-500 above maintenance, quicker weight gain hurts my ankles). My better half mentioned that I "look stronger, like more muscley". I think she means my muscles look fuller, but at any rate my ego busted a nut.

I was reading up on some of the current and previous logs of Neuro B-Aet and Invictus, and have seen mention of sedation... I for one, have yet to feel drowsy or sedated at all.
At either time of day, each dose makes me feel

·Elated
·Calm
·Confident
·Clear-Headed

Without ever feeling

·Drowsy
·Stimulated
·Aggressive
·Irritated

The past two weeks have been surprisingly good, considering some of the out-of-the-ordinary events. I'll go into detail on that after a while tonight.

Good stuff, honestly these quality of life supplements are of greater benefit than anything out there to me personally. It's all a 360 circle. Your gym performance will be better when your life in general is better and rinse and repeat.

Day Sixteen
AM-PECS / PM-TRAPS

Today really took it out of me physically. I managed a home-town worksite for 12 uninterrupted hours. This unit's manager had to take off for a death in the family the same day the immediate subordinate walked off to never return. Enter, me.

I'm glad to be working locally instead of driving 100+ miles every day but being the only move-and-decision-maker here to manage a very green crew is challenging. I'll probably be here indefinitely, at least until I get this unit up to my standards (which it is FAR) from.

Usually I'd be ready for a vacation after the past two weeks+ but I'm nust not. I'm actually enjoying the suck more than I thought I would and mentally welcome the challenge. I can't say with confidence that I'd feel this way without Invictus.

Day Eighteen
AM-PECS / PM-PECS

Pecs are the application site of choice for me when I'm in a hurry. I can't say that I feel any one site being better, but I can say ive failed to mention the fact that when I dont use gloves, I wipe my hands on my forehead, face, and temples. It hasnt caused any adverse reaction and has seemed to clear up some blemishes and excess oil. The dropper draws up just a drop over .5ml each time, so there isn't much excess that doesn't immediately absorb, but the small amount on my hands does the trick.

Day Twenty
AM-SHOULDERS / PM-TRAPS

Last night my woman mentioned again that i look more muscular, and I actually agree. I haven't changed my diet, exercise, or any habits, but I weighed in today at 166, and look much leaner. If I can get her to take a pick or two, I may upload one. 😎

***update***
Do not ask a pregnant woman to photograph you showing off your body. While our couch is nice, the bed is where I prefer to enjoy the awesome sleep ive been having.

Day Twenty-two
AM-PECS

This morning marked the unexpected final dose. The bottles are dark and thick, so I thought maybe I just wasn't seeing it, after several attempts to pull the final dose into the dropper, I decided to dump the near-empty vial onto my chest, and got only a few drops of this sweet heavenly nectar. I've had a dose or two shy from IL/IF before and chalked it up to "Eh.. Must've been a little liberal with the doses". But 8ml shy just from excessive doses seems unlikely. I'm 0% mad. This was, after all, a courtesy sent out of the kindness of Chef's heart and personal stash. Out of transparency, though, I have to add that I'd be ticked if I'd paid for it.

This run has been more of a success than I imagined in a shorter time, too. Tomorrow I'll use my lunch break (if I get one) to post an official final review to end this log and add a a post to the review section as well.

Final Thoughts
I consider myself your average young, athletic male. Active within my own life, staying fit and healthy, dealing with what I see as an abnormal amount of stress. I believe that stress has been my biggest hurdle in overall health. Its the main reason I maintain an interest in supplements.

I've used many supplements- from topicals to teas, and (short of pharmaceuticals) haven't seen a supplement have such a profound effect so rapidly. To be able to notice a better quality of life after 5 days was impressive. To be able to gauge the extent to which my life has improved offered more, though. I feel as if I've had a cognitive shift; a movement toward a less stressful life AFTER the bottle is empty. One that I really hope to maintain as time goes on, because I feel like I'm closer to reaching equilibrium with myself.

Maybe you don't feel "away" from yourself. Maybe you just want restful nights and energetic days. Invictus' sleep benefits are good enough to market it as a sleep-aid in my opinion. I've found that restful sleep is the first step to shaking that all-day haze that follows me around when I feel drained by work and life.

I know I've talked well of Invictus, but still feel as if there's more to experience. Partly due to being cut 8 days short (big deal when 5 days gave noticeable effects). Partially because I'm not using it on a cut or alongside a PCT. Without changing any habits or diet, I look leaner and weigh a few pounds lighter. I didn't expect to see that at all, as I've been on a slow-and-steady bulk.

I may add Invictus into my regular rotation of suplements that I use to keep me level headed in this tough period of my life. I would definitely like to revisit it during a cut. Overall, it was an excellent fit for me, and more of a success than I had anticipated. Again, thanks @cheftepesh1for hooking me up with a rock solid product from Iron Legion.

Excellent final review. Very curious how you plan to transition to not having it considering the benefits you seemed to get from it? Actually sleeping and less stress are so beneficial it's almost hard to quantify when you've not had them in forever.
