havoc and PCT?????
a question I am going to do a cycle of havoc, 4 weeks;
the question is;
at the end of the cycle ...... should I make a pct with nolvadex? ;

another question but during the havoc cycle, do we need a testosterone base, or can we do without it?

then the various advertisements say that havoc does not have many negative effects, and that there is not even need for a pct
while others speak of complete recovery with nolvadex;

can you tell if havoc, in truth it turns you off or not?

because we have been talking for so many years; but it was not understood;

Epistane will absolutely suppress you hard or shut you down so you obviously need a PCT. a "test base" is not needed but would obviously make your cycle more enjoyable. I would usually suggest test for 8-10 weeks but you’re really not ready for that. As for your last question about Turning you off or not and that’s we been talking about that for years I have absolutely no clue what you mean!

I think he's referring to shutdown, but that's only a speculation.

OP: These guys have said it best, nolva 20/20/20/20 or 20/20/10/10 for PCT based on you stating nolva in the original post

Steroids shut you down, and require a proper PCT.

Repeat after me:
We don't take advice from those who are trying to sell us things.

Yes daddy, we don’t take advice from those who are trying to sell me things

Advertisements for prohormones and designer steroids are rubbish.
Don’t read them. Half of them are named after real steroids and are andro’s or dhea’s.
Otherwise I’d expect to 30lbs on Manly Mandrostene with no post cycle and no conversion to estrogen. I swear every PH/DS EVER says it can’t convert to estrogen so of course no one ever needs an AI. Havoc shut me down so bad my pct was rough. I literally had no libido and sucked in bed for 5 weeks. Weirdest post cycle ever so DEFINITELY run some Clomid or Nolva

Yea, epistane shut me down pretty damn hard. It astonishes me how many people refer to it as “mild” tbh.

Well, it’s mild on liver enzymes and lipids compared to some of the others. Mild doesn’t mean weak, though. Epi is very potent at what it does.

4 weeks of epi seems like a waste too, go 6 weeks. If you can get some Super DHEA or Dermacrine get that for test base.

Nolva is a must for pct

I didn’t know that, I’m happy to hear this, so it’s less harsh than let’s say msten,dmz, etc? I thought it was the same!

Meh I think it’s on a par with DMZ or Dbol. Doesn’t raise enzymes or bad cholesterol too terribly but will surprisingly put them out of range.
The weird thing with epi is some guys feel like death on it, others like me are comfortable upping dose over 55 and feel great on it. I’ve always considered it a mild one, but truthfully it’s moderate.
Strength is so fun on it. Var/Winny type strength increases.

Epi doesn’t shut me down too hard at all for some reason. One week of Clomid and I feel great. Last time I had bloods done after a month and was back to my normal test levels. Testosterone shut me down hard. I’ll be using HCG on top of nolva and Clomid next time.

When people referr to "shut down" we need to discern between hypothalamic shut down and testicular atrophy.
You might not have been shut down as soon as you started clomid, lh goes through the roof, but it takes some time for testicles to regain capacity necessary for optimal production.

This is where hcg is absolutely crucial as it removes the delay between when your pituitary fires and your testicles reaching full output.

The only exceptions are compounds like deca for example which have very long half lives and lingering metabolites which limit recovery for long time down the road.

By "turns you off", do you mean suppresses your testosterone production significantly (as in, "turns off" your endogenous testosterone production) or reduces your libido (meaning you are less inclined to become "turned on")?
