My current position in the medical field is alright but, I had to take a position that doesn't have health insurance. Since losing my insurance, I turned to UG test for TRT.

I was experiencing some real rage with just a small amount of test cyp. After speaking to some physicians I work with, they said many docs are prescribing prop instead of cyp. The prop is easier to manage. The problem is that it has caused E.D. I'm also wondering if the prop is perhaps underdosed.

My girlfriend is a fantastic woman but, I can tell this is a serious problem in our relationship. My last lab work before I lost insurance was e2 level of 70 and total test of just over 400. I'm at a crossroads and don't know how to proceed. Should I try to switch back to cyp and use more nolva and adex? Should I stop and start PCT with Clomid? I need a solution as quickly as possible.

I've already been started on Cialis but so far it isn't doing too much.

Here what's wrong:
1)rage from a small amount of test-c?
2)prop prescribed for TRT?
3)prop causing ED?
4)"switch back to cyp and use more nolva and adex?" Why are you using nolva for TRT?

1- Never heard of it. Could it be it was Tren? What is a "small dose"?
2- No endo I know would prescribe prop, too much pinning involved
3- ED can have a lot of causes, your e2 with 70 is a bit high, that could be a cause.
Some pre-workout supplements can cause ED too, called stim-dick.
4- nolva in TRT, why?

I would start over with the TRT. Buy some test-c or test-e (switch brand, to be sure). Pin 150mg/w 2x75mg; Monday and Wednesday. Take no adex. Take no nolva (wth?). Take nothing else but your damn test. After 6 weeks, do a lab test for the obvious, like SHBG, free test, total test, e2.
Post the results here.

After that, you fiddle with the adex dose, if necessary.

One more question: What is your estimated BF%?

BF is up around 20 percent right now. Wasn't an Endo, it was a Urologist. Some physicians are prescribing prop. Flumoxed about the rage too.

At 20% you probably aromatize more test to e2 what you had calculated. The aggression I would see as a fluke -maybe even not related to test.
I would do what I recommended in my first post. Start from scratch. I would not take adex until first lab test, to gauge how much you convert to e2. As your current e2 is 70, that indicates that your adex dose was a bit low, I would shoot for around 30.
If you don't want to have a limp dick for 6 weeks on test, without AI. Try 150mg/w test-e/c (split) and 1mg adex e3d. This way e2 might get a bit low, but not enough to crash it, IMHO -it could fix your ED.

I would strongly recommend Proviron. 50-75mg/d with the TRT. When too long on, it may cause prostate swelling, at least for me, so I cycle it like 4 weeks on -4 weeks off. It helps greatly with ED, gives confidence and boosts free test for some gains. If you use proviron, dial back adex, proviron lowers e2.

Everything HGP has said is absolutely on point! Start over. Mon/wed or mon/thur.
Would add to take 50mg zinc ed and possibly add in 5-10mg of pregnenolone for healthy attitude and sex drive.
Proviron is Great. Even 10mg w a cialis and some maca and your pecker should work even if you have next to no test (bc thats what it took when i ran out of my test snd levels were crazy low). Message if you like. We're here to help. Best of luck bud.

And in the meantime eat her ass and pussy and use her vibrator on her durring the two and keep her happy til your body comes around.
Also, men on trt often have low levels of dhea which is why i say pregnenolone low dose and Maybe 25mg of dhea. Dermacrine would prolly be best and 50mg of zinc glucorante if you can find. Also, boron is crazy cheap and works Very well. Those two plus real test ought to have feeling good. Add in dermacrine and proviron and maca and that should def solve pecker issues. Good luck. I know these things can be a real problem and feel like its part of the reason i lost the last one. But that was a good thing if she wasn't willing to wait a little while til things were sorted. So also think about that. Also, relax, you can mindfuck yourself into oblivion all too easy. If porn helps watch some earlier and visualize later.

I would like to point out how real and important the mental part chem talked about is. It’s crazy in those situations how our brain can make things worse. When I first got on TRT I couldn’t have sex anymore, when everything went back to normal, my libido was back, everything was good but I still had that thought and fear in my head that "what if I don’t get hard tonight" and that thought alone is strong enough to give you ED. Even on perfect levels and insane libido on trt the first couple times i would stay numb until my GF just took control, relaxed me, told me look we'll stay here for hours just talked and chilling until it’s good to go. This night everything was fixed and ever since I basically go hard anytime she’s touching me and I’m a different animal lol. Anyways all of this to stress out you really have to relax and don’t let your brain get the better off of you. **** will go down hill otherwise

I would also add E2 is too high, probably not enough to cause real ED IMO but I’d still get it around 30-35 which I think is the sweet ass spot for libido. Agression on such a low dose makes no sense and can’t be related to your test injections. I would use a different approach on the AI but I get his point, just make sure you don’t crush it.

Dialing in AI is a struggle. I noted that low e2 gave me no ED -but trouble to climax. Everyone will be different. I suspected that OP's 70's e2 could be a cause. Line of thought was: if a bit over optimal e2 causes him ED, a bit under optimal could do the opposite.

I want to thank each and every one of you for taking your time to help me out with this. We were friends first before we started dating. I make sure she gets off every time we are together. I am not a selfish person. I set a doctor's appointment for this Friday.

We both are very different. I would never go to a doctor, unless I need lab tests, MRI or surgery.
You should know your body better than anyone. You have at your disposal stuff like peptides and UGL gear also supplements for libido a doc don't even know about.
Endo's may bring your hormones in range (by methods we already know) -and generally speaking, they don't give a sh1t about your libido.

I disagree. My TRT doc started with 80mg twice per week with .5mg Adex and went from there. She was very interested in feeling and operating at optimal levels.
