Recently bumped up my DMZ from 40 mg to 60 mg. Blood pressure had now gone up to 140 over 89. It wasn’t high at the lower dosage. Is this reading so high that you would bump the dosage
back down? If no, at what level would such an action be necessary. Will take it again tomorrow and see what it reads as I don’t want to go by just one reading.

Depends on where your BP normally sits (close to hypertensive?) But, speaking generally, Id be taking action if my BP was consistently about 10-20% higher than normal. So, systolic 15-30 points higher, for example. Especially if it reads that high when Ive already thrown every supp/med at it to control it.

Thanks for the useful info. Normally my blood pressure sits at 120/80. I took a reading this morning and it was lower than yesterday at 128/82 so I guess no action needed if I can keep readings around that range. For future reference in case I get more readings similar to yesterday, what over the counter supps can I add to decrease blood pressure on cycle? I am currently taking Arimicare Pro by Olympus Labs.

I work in cardiac rehab... was this a resting bp? Also what’s your age/ weight, etc.

Elevated bp isn’t going to kill you very quickly. That being said, I usually pull the plug around anything over 170+/95+

I sit about 118-125/60-70 off.

If it gets over 150 resting, I take Carditone and the problem is solved.

Oh... it has Convolvulus pluricaulis in it.

Makes total sense.

Seriously, it works for you though??

I was sitting on my couch for about 25 minutes before I took it, so yes it was a resting read . Age is 41, 5 foot 10 inches, weight 207.5 pounds. I will be taking it again tonight.

What if only one of the two meets those numbers, still pull the plug?

I mean that is hypertensive... did you use a machine? A lot of times those home machines are + or - 10/10 or more... I should say they can be. If you wanna know a more accurate one see if a trained professional can take yours.

Thanks for the tip on Carditone. I see it has a lot of good reviews on Amazon and elsewhere on the internet. How many do you take a day? Also, what number diastolic do you think would warrant Carditone?

Used a Caretouch at home wrist cuff. Typically gives me readings similar to what I get at a dr.’s office so I believe it is
at least somewhat accurate.

I pretty much live there and no Doc has ever agreed to put me on BP meds.
I wouldn’t stress about it. Just try some herbal remedies shown to work.
CoQ10 and Hawthorne lowers mine inside of a week usually.
Carditone does look interesting just need to research it more.

I would probably buy some Carditone to be safe if I was just starting the cycle, but I am done with the DMZ in 2 weeks so I am just going to ride it out. I am surprised a dr. wouldn’t put you on meds if you are always at 140 over 90. According to webmd that is the introductory numbers of stage 2 hypertension.

They usually don’t start pharmaceutical intervention until the next stage. People can stay here without major problems for decades. It’s when it starts to get worse wiry cholesterol and other issues from inactivity sometimes.

Yeah I mean your reading isn’t awful... I stop patients from exercising if it’s 160/90 or higher and call a code if it’s 180/100 or higher... these are all higher risk elderly patients. I am not saying you cannot have a stroke or an MI at 140/90, because people have. If it was me, I would be more concerned about mine being elevated like that over a longer period and after you go off Dmz...

I think what screwed me up was working in dialysis and seeing 200/110 year after year.
I mean, ya they eventually died from it, but it was commonplace in that field

Yeah that’s way too high especially if they have pre existing conditions and/ or have had prior cardiac issues. Part of the issue is people can be really high and be asymptomatic... but anything over 200/100 needs immediate attention.

Hey Dante Trudel hasn’t steered me wrong yet!

I swear it works for me, beyond a shadow of a doubt. But it’s a temporary bandaid while on orals or tren, etc - if you are spending months out of the year needing serious BP control aside from on those then you are asking for kidney issues.

1 tab a day was enough to bring it down about 15 points or so, from 150ish to mid 130s on M1A, 3AD, Osta, S23, Rad, Hex.

Keeping bp under control as well as taking 8mg GW daily really kept me feeling and moving around well on that cycle, not so winded. Also didn’t get high bp headaches anymore.

I take it. Mine was 150/high 80s. Lowered it to normal in a day.

Were all those compounds run simultaneously?

Bingo. 1 cap Aggressive Labz Slay XXX, 2 caps Centurion Labz M17-Alpha, 3-4 caps Enhanced Formulations 3Alpha, 1 scoop Aggressive Labz Excalibur powder was all being run in concert at that leg of the cycle.

Sounds fancy but it was a scoop of powder powder in my preWO and a few pills twice a day - simple. Required no AI, felt good, pecker worked well, rebuilt my upper body muscle coming back from surgery FAST.
