Unanswered Bloods: High liver enzyme

My ALT was fine, but my AST was double the high end of normal.

40 is the max for average and I'm at 85.

Only been on test e for one month.
I'm take 1000mg of tudca daily, liv52, NAC and milk thistle with Twin Tiger.

Should I be worried? I also feel a little dullness in the liver, not pain just dull.

Yeah you need to throw any gear you have away and don't go down this road again. Nothing wrong with being natural, the stress you put on yourself and anxiety is not worth it. And no 85 is not a concern. Just keep an eye at next blood work.

I lived 5 years in the 200-500 range and my liver is perfectly fine now, I doubt you’re in trouble unless you have liver problems.

To be fair, I’m not a huge fan of of double out of range. I just don’t stress as it’s all part of the process of toxic orals. Your body will let you know when it’s totally done with you taking something toxic. Believe me.

I mean, I know you had severe drinking problems like me, you probably never checked your values at that time but you realize you probably were much higher than double right?

At times. I actually worked in an ER when I was really bad. I have stories of being so drunk at work, it’s ridiculous.
But I could draw and run my own labs, and I ate painkillers too so I was worried the Tylenol and booze were gonna be bad news.
Turns out I have a bionic liver.
AAS jack my values up worse now, but I was only 27 during that time and only drank really bad for a few years. But yes they’ve been upwards of 100.

Why are you taking Tudca if you're not on orals? I personally would be concerned about being that high on test only for 4 weeks. Have you looked into glutathione - Specifically injectable?

Bro, you are driving everyone bonkers with the thread starting for every aspect of cycling steroids.
Finish your cycle and take 6 months to research all this stuff.

There’s also no reason to spend your money trying to find out your specific test level.
If you’re over 1500, well done, really doesn’t matter if it’s 1683 or 1971. It’s high and only sustainable for short periods.

That’s exactly what I was wondering.

OP, what were your most recent liver values prior to this draw? If you have no baseline, then this could just be where you’re at normally.

I have always had total bilirubin levels between 0.9-1.2 naturally even, and never drank or did drugs.

lol 80, bro chill there is nothing wrong. AST can be elevated for days after working out, like 2-3x above range even if you dont cycle anything, if you really wanna freak out, go check Creatine Kinase after working out - without any information you will freak out that your numbers are in thousands and you will be on your way to ER! :) If you want to see the complete picture, test also Bilirubin, GGT and Alkaline Phosphatase, they are more related to liver. AST and ALT can be found also in muscles, so if you you work out a lot and damage your muscles, they are released into bloodstream.

That is how I felt after week 3 of dhb. My body was talking to me big time and went to get bloodwork. Liver values were 4x as high. Dont know if it was the dhb or carrier.

I remember that. No orals at the time?
That’s nuts and such a bummer. Science needs to get ahead of things with that drug bc we aren’t there yet and missing out on DHB.

Bullshit you not, I went from 20 ALT to 40 with a superdrol run. Not bad right? Get this, I went from 30 to 70 from a month and a half of taking finasteride. Only side I got from it.

I was on test for both, didn’t effect my levels at all. Reason I bring this up is so maybe you can reflect on any other meds you’re taking maybe?

I mean I do indulge in Phenibut daily and I also took methylstenbolone a month before my test run haha

Maybe that’s it man? Never know, people kept telling me finasteride couldn’t be it! I stopped it and ran bloods again and guess what? It was the damn finasteride. Process of elimination dude. Idk how structured you are in the way you operate but if you’re structured it’ll make it easy to figure out.

This is true. Want to freak your doctor out, work out heavy days leading up to blood work and your liver and kidney readings will look like you are already dead. My GFR was very low and creatinine levels through the roof and they freaked. I told them to relax and let me take a few days off then retest. I stopped any exercise for a week and retested and everything was back to normal.

Don't know who was telling you finasteride wasn't cause for liver issues, but I don't know a single person that took that and didn't have elevated liver readings for long after they stopped. I find it hard to believe they still prescribe that stuff with all the sides associated.

That’s the only side I got tbh. My libido, focus and all actually improved on it. I’m going to be trying dutasteride here soon to see how that goes. I could take that less frequently so that could save me on the ALT levels if it raises it too.
