Best supplement for overall every day motivation?

Yeah, not sure what it is. Honestly, it may be that my expectations were too high because of all the hype. A lot of times people claim a supplement does nothing, and I have low expectations and realize that the effects are small, but it helped a little in some way - sometimes in an unexpected way.

With KSM, it's hard to have that kind of approach. I have tried it in a lot of things and I'm not totally giving up on it...but it hasn't impressed me yet.

Good stack, even if we are out on the KSM. ALCAR is highly underrated IMO. Your stack looks like a portion of the formula in Focus XT - which I recently got a tub of and I am very happy with.

There’s a couple posts, but basically in the studies showing test boost the estrogen increases. Marginally and with test increase there is going to be some estrogen as well.

Considering all the positives, it’s kind of cherry picking and a bit of fear mongering by one of the members there.

Yeah. Test rises, some will inevitably get aromatized. Estrogen isn’t the enemy lol. We’re not talking about taking boat loads of exogenous testosterone and having our E2 spike way out of the range or anything like that. It’s an herbal adaptogen.

I know, preaching to the choir.
 
What I know is that I got some breast pain ,similar to what I used to have while talking daa,and this is how I stumbled upon those articles ...just saying !!

The data is interesting, but it is not effective for me. Have not tried Sensoril. have tried a few different Ash extracts and all seem to be about the same as KSM. It doesn't live up to the hype.

On the flip side, if it weren't so hyped and my expectations were lower, I may view it a little differently.

I think people have an unrealistic expectation of KSM-66. I think it’s a great ingredient that offers a great variety of benefits but some companies have hyped it to unrealistic expectations. Plus it’s an ingredient that a person doesn’t generally feel from the first dose and a lot of companies have hyped that you do.

KSM-66 is one of the most clinically researched ingredients on the market and is the most clinically studied ashwagandha on the market. Of course an individual can be sensitive to anything but KSM-66 is used by thousands of people and that’s literally the first time I’ve ever read that.

Briefly considered it with the BOGO they emailed me about today, but it still works out to a dollar a serving. I’d need a much better deal than that to cheat on Focus XT. Please do share your thoughts though

I have had products called "Tranquili-G" and "MASS".

I like their style.

Coffee has stood the test of time as a normie stimulant (also the primary source of anti-oxidants for americans). Add a nicotine vape to it (nicotine is so good for the brain and gut), and baby you got an American stew that defeated the british and germans and went to the moon going.

So far I’m really liking BrainBridge. I’m a huge fan of MAN products. I also love that their products aren’t pushed here, because forum marketing tends to really turn me off. The more someone tells me I need to use their product, the more tuned out I get and the less I’ll even pay attention to their posts in general.

Going to give it a test over the weekend when I’m gaming. I’m basically pro-gamer level, huge setup at home including VR and VR fitness games (Creed).
 
New Thermagize XT coming out this week looks like it’s going to be promising for this category lol

Thermagize XT is very strong. It will be a great product for people that really love strong stims. A lot of the people that samples were sent to really seemed to love taking a Thermagize XT in the morning and then a serving of Focus XT mid-afternoon.
 
Really liking MAN's BrainBridge so far. Super clean energy and cognitive boost which allows me to still be creative, no anxiety, no crash, not feeling amped out of my face. Just what I was looking for, for daily use.
