Unanswered Female Var Cycle

I’ve made a few posts about starting cycles but as of Tuesday or Wednesday of this upcoming week I will be starting a var cycle starting 10mg a day split dosage for 6 weeks. I will be doing weekly updates for anyone interested and within those will be all the details from macros sleep lifts and pictures. Any advice or really anything is welcome. Monday I’ll post pictures of my current physic and macros. Also does anyone know of anything to help with the bloat I’ll probably encounter or is it inevitable and nothing I can do?

I don't experience any bloat on Var. Just muscle fullness.
 
Expect gorgeous, full, dry muscles and zero side effects. Maybe 5 lbs added and a lot of leaning out...
I’ve been on a cut for about 4 weeks now my body is responding very well too striations are popping and I’m pretty vascular even with almost drinking about 2 gal a day of water I’m pretty excited to get my lifts up and my muscles to pop more. Also I never really hit legs or ass so hopefully this will increase the recovery time so it’s not as bad haha thank you!!
 
My ex responded really well to Var. I think she was around 10mg/day.
Her quads had that perfect teardrop shape, her ass was the only place she carried body fat and within 2 weeks, it was round and dried up with what appeared to be no bodyfat. She really leaned out and had the fitness look, round shoulders, round ass, dried out visible abs, there’s a reason women love Var.

Var doesnt cause bloat. It causes muscle fullness via creatine saturation.
 
What was her workout split like did she aim to train legs and glutes a lot?

She had been corrupted by CrossFit so she actually just deadlifted and squatted 3 days a week. I incorporated arms, back, and chest days and she grew quick, but I’d say most women prefer training lower body so she pretty much always wanted to and still did minimum twice a week, squats, leg press and extensions, curls.

You’re not going to bloat on var at all.

Drink extra creatine on cycle; at least 10g daily to take full advantage of var’s weird super-storage of it. That’s where the extra strength really comes from, aside from new lean muscle tissue.

If it’s going fine and you have enough, 8 weeks is perfectly safe.

When you come off, you’ll be alright but expect some PCT blues. My wife always gets a little moody, like a lite PMS phase. There is nothing you need to take, although some Ashwaganda and/or extra Vitamin C can help curb cortisol during this time and support the immune system better.

Period may cease to bleed, but it’s still happening and you can definitely still get pregnant on cycle.

Tits are gonna shrink down some while estrogen decreases, especially if you lean out. No biggie - they’ll fill back out eventually when you come off cycle.

Sex drive/pleasure is gonna rev up.

Take Citrus Bergamot at 500-1,000mg & Krill/Fish Oil at 2g daily to help with your cholesterol.

IF YOUR CLIT IS GETTING TOO BIG FOR YOUR COMFORT, YOU NEED TO COME OFF. Same goes for scratchy/changing voice and body hair growth. Only you can decide what’s acceptable. People respond differently to different drugs/doses.

Actually I will disagree with the no bloat on Var for women. My wife actually carries extra water weight on Var. I know of a couple other women as well that carries extra water weight on Var that causes bloat. Obviously diet and individual response will effect. But don’t be surprised or worry if you do, it’s not out of the question for females. Strength and muscle fullness will increase for sure though, so enjoy that.

Wife’s sex drive skyrockets more than it already is when on Var as well.

I should mention my wife has ALWAYS cut on it, so her diet is always anti-bloat by nature - lots of greens, protein, fiber, nuts, low starch or carbs really. I have to make sure she gets enough electrolytes even. So take that into account.

We don’t have nearly enough females on AM, so you’ll have plenty of traffic and loads of semi-responsible insight and advice if needed.
Thank you!! I have fish oils and a multi vitamin as well as my diet is still in a deficit so hopefully it all pans out and the cut goes well. I wish there were more females on here that way I could get some additional details and advice but I guess I’ll just have to figure it out
