I'm 32 years old, 320(ish)lbs and approx 30% BF according to my "smart scale".

I've been running test @ 600mg/week for 8 weeks, 900mg for last 2 weeks. Ran anavar for first 8 weeks.

Looking to add something to keep the gains going. I was advised by "my guy" to run anadrol. Thoughts?

Ultimately, I'd like to the muscle growth and strength to continue. I also plan on running PCT when it's all said and done, preferably in about 6 weeks from now.

One side note, I will be playing in a full contact football game at the end of the month and would like to stay away from anything that may make it difficult to perform cardio. If I'm missing any details that would aid in the answering of the question, please advise. Thanks!

320 is a lot. What is your height?

Here's why I don't put much credibility into the smart scale.

Well, theyre never all that accurate. But you have one reading showing 40% bf and the other over 50%. Either way, youre carrying a very significant amount of fat to a point thats extremely unhealthy.

People arent here to judge, its all about sharing knowledge and helping each other. Safety is paramount. I dont think anyone would think its a good idea to keep adding weight considering where youre at.

Pretty much this. I’ve been skinny, fat, huge, small.
BUT, if I were in your shoes and was aware of the long term ramifications of TRT(self prescribed), I’d drop that down to 200mg/week and lose 100lbs.

I appreciate the insight fellas. I have been considering finishing out the 900 a week for the next 4 weeks, then dropping to a maintenance of 200 a week. I've spitballed that with the idea of just coming off, doing a PCT and then hitting it again with the test/var combo. Still haven't figured that part out yet.

As I've slept on it and pretty much came to the conclusion that i don't need to get any bigger at this time. I like the thought of losing some fat and then re-evaluating at that point but I really like the muscle and strength gains I've made in the last 4-6 weeks.

My labs showed I was on the lowest end of normal without my Dr intervening (I tried to receive trt the legal way).
Ok, but that doesn’t justify 900mg of test?! It’s just silly, drop down to 200mg and get your diet in check and start doing cardio nonstop until you drop 80-100b, after that you can start adding other anabolics, right now it’s really no point.
