Unanswered When to take T2

I have some T2 on the way from Vital Achemy. It doesn't say on the bottle or anywhere that I can find exactly when to take it. Pre workout? Before a meal, with a meal?

Usually you would take thyroid meds fasted early am. Not quite sure about t2, but definitely the case for synthroid

I would say this would be the optimal time to take. First thing in the morning take two caps. I'm assumming your talking about Fit Throid by Vital Alchemy?

I believe the protocol is 2 caps per day so you could do one first thing AM and another mid afternoon if you wanted.
