Up begins! 4 weeks out from competition! Plan is to complete volume on Sunday with Slingshot Sets and Max weight Thursday’s until comp.

Note: 455lbs can be much cleaner. Work on full lockout and Tricep strength. Careful on the stretching and build. You got this.

Hamstring Day tons of leg work. Pool served as cardio. 2.5hrs.
No squats or deads invomved. Some light upper back work also.
