Is NAC worth adding on cycle or are you fine with just TUDCA? Any benefits i'm missing besides NAC helps the liver out? Thanks!

Amazing for mental health/nootropic benefits but may be counterproductive for fitness goals

The main benefit of TUDCA (or UDCA) for steroid users is to help avoid Cholestasis (reduced bile flow in the liver). It helps to keep the flow going, thus avoiding one of the biggest dangers to the liver during cycling.

They work synergistically by different means. I get a kilo of nac for about 50 usd. 500mg is the norm daily..... Not hurting the wallet with adding it as staple.

NAC definitely worth it. I only ran this as the liver support on DMZ cycle with bloods day after last dose and all liver values came back in range ALT 41, etc.

Yes NAC is cheap I take 2000mg s day on cycle. I take between 500 to 1000mg of tudca when not on orals I also take milk thistle I enzymes stay in shape even on compounds like superdrol

Nac helps while on cycle TUDCA works after you are done taking the toxic substances

If anything it’s the opposite. You need to be using TUDCA whenever the stress is being applied, like on orals. TUDCA keeps the cell walls from collapsing, preventing bile obstructions in the liver that would cause cell death without that flow.

NAC year round. TUDCA during periods of extra strain. You can take it after as well, but you definitely want it during the strain.

I actually think he is saying to take tudca after a dosage of PH/DS to repair the damage that dosage did. I don’t believe he means after the cycle is over. Of course I could be reading him wrong but I think he just worded what he was saying strange.

He said he takes it after a course of orals. That means he isn’t using TUDCA when it will most benefit him, during the oral cycle.

I understand that. After reading it a couple of times I figured out what he said wasn’t what he was trying to say.

Sorry if I confused everyone basically what I do is take my nac with my fish oil and vitamins. Then I take tudca after my aas so they get absorbed at the same time. Maybe I'm doing it wrong

You need to separate aas and Tudca by 3-4 hours.

Why do you need to separate them by 3-4 hours?

Also seems like NAC is good but my liver will be fine as long as I use TUDCA, thanks for the replies

I'm not sure but hyde and dreamweaver are very knowledgeable. With the price of NAC I see no reason not to take it

I used to do this, but couldn’t find a reason that holds up in my actual bloodwork and results, so now I take them at same time out of convenience. The gains still come and lived stays happy.

Just sharing my personal experience.

Well that’s interesting. I just went by what the board use to say. Maybe that’s not the case then. Good to know
