Unanswered What is better for a recomp.. DMZ or Msten

Looking to put on muscle and shed some fat. Leaning DMZ since less water weight than Msten. May throw hexadrone in the mix.

In my recent experience, Msten is way to go if you want to recomp or shed some fat

Msten is more potent than dmz. Msten will be better for recomp, in a cut or to add lean tissue

Msten. Dmz can add some bloat from all the glycogen and water retention. Hell, i got a little fat on dmz, but overreaching on calories is probably to blame for that.

I’m running DMZ now and was under assumption is dryer but I’m definitely holding water and little bloated...diets not the best but I wasn’t having the water and bloat till the DMZ.

Gains with dmz arent dry. It pounds glycogen into muscles, which then fills you with water.

Msten is as dry as it gets aside from epi/havoc

Majority of peeps I see and read about stack em’ ...Plenty of pre-made stacks around

Wish I could find Epi in the USA ...loved that stuff

Nah lol msten is like 80-90% of superdrol’s gains without the sides(or very lighter sides). Dmz is water and glycogen. Sure dmz will add muscle mass But less than msten

Neither of these compounds will have a clear advantage over the over for trying to recomp. That process will be entirely dependant upon the training and diet protocols you follow.

thanks. I have only ran one cycle and am about to do another one. I am debating on what to do with it. I am on trt so there is no pct. I have sust 300 30ml, 10ml of 500mg eq and 100 tabs of 10mg dboll. I am not using it all but debating on what i want to do. I can go all test again and up the dose instead of 300mg every week ( i did one shot per week) up to 450 or 500mg a week in 2 shots plus my trt dose of 200mg test c every 10 days, which i might do 100mg every 7 days with the cycle. I also could mix the test and eq. A couple people told me that 250 of eq with my trt and about 500mg of test would be a decent cycle, but i often hear min eq dose of about 500 a week. I also thought of test and dboll. I am pretty new to gear.
