Alright starting up this log on my war demonz cycle!
I'm 6'1 at 195lb, and am coming off a cut and hopping to put on some extra quality mass on top of the hard training and quality food!
Regiment supplements Include:
#war demonz: 3 caps a day
#Arimicare OL
#Extra tudca OL: 250-500[haven't decided if I want to use 1 or 2 pills a day)
#Breakthrough labz control[also have exemstane on hand if gyno symptoms appear]
#enhanced formulations slin[2 pills with breakfast]
#berberine:1-2 grams a day
#cbd lazarus: 25mg morning and night or 50 if injury/fatigue or stress gets out of hand
#now digestive enzymes: a cap a meal

I plan on updating my daily log with training and nutrition changes as well as weekly progress pics (if your I trested in foods I'll just give you my myfitpal username to look it up).Also I've done cycles in the past with good results and have clomid already for pct and half a bottle of Nova should I need it.
Additionally I'll be picking up more pct products to assist with the transition after a few more pay checks come in during the cycle


Day1:

Furthermore a little background is I've been training for about 7 years now and have found good movements that I know work and also accommodate my shitty shoulder joints which despite 3 surgeries still dislocate on rare occasions. Thankfully the only excersie that aggravates them is snatches which dont really follow my goal of bodybuilding anyway Also I have competed in NPC classic physique in the past and of course have aspirations of one day being a pro but I know in order to be competitive at my height I need a solid extra 20 pounds or so lol. Training today went great with new pr's in the log book which I'll post below and should anyone wish for me to decipher some short hands, just ask a d I'll be more than happy to. Pumps felt a little lacking but I did have a late night which is a very rare occasion for me so I should be back to normal for a double training session Tommrow. I typically work 40+h a week tree cutting and landscaping and take 2-3 days off during the week depending on how big our jobs are. I'll post some initial pics below along with today's training session

Thanks! I'm a month into my bulk. Was going to start immediately after my cut but I started a landscaping job and had to end up practically doubling my calories to just keep my weight and had to find my new calorie requirements to grow! Dont want to waste a cycle just spinning my wheels lol

Day 2: good sleep and digestion was awsome today! Am shoulder session had great strength and pumps, while PM hamstring session lead me to have a few 1 extra rep PRs... also have been peeing much more frequently and weight has dropped to 194lb. I think the cortisol/ estrogen blocker may be contributing to some water weight drops and is making it a little harder to feel full throughout the day...now to slam down my last meal of cream of rice and venison cutlets and get ready for a long ass day at work tommorow lol...probably going to make tommorow an off day so that I can function at work wensday but the morning feels will decide that for me

Day 3: woke up at 196 feeling a little bloated from all the food I had to cramp in the night before but was feeling surprisingly great! No DOM and the last few days I've had an amazing uplifting sense of wellbeing which is either from the dmz...or could have been from a mushroom trip the night before starting the cycle In addition my endurance at work has went up as i did half a days work that i normally do within 2 hours and still had enough to go and train after work! A few PR's across the board for a push day and my overall digestion and hunger has been through the roof! Uping calories do to the increased work and hunger and am now going to stick to around 4500 to make sure I'm growing and not spinning my wheels since I was at around 4000 before cycle and not moving to much. I'll continue to monitor the weight and look but I think I'll need to add more food as the cycle progresses

Day 4: woke up at 197.1lb. Pretty bloated from the food increase the night before and took the day off from the gym because work killed me today! Had to shovel 10tons of gravel for some dudes deck, and then had to put down 5 yards of mulch so safe to say I was spent.thinking that the weight increase was mostly from the increased carbs and water and despite the long day of work my DOMS seems less than normal. Calories sitting at 4500 with 530C and 400P and 83F

Day 5: woke up at 198.4 with a little doms but was called off from work so I got an extra 2 hours of sleep. Digestion was great and am session overall was good but puked my back slightly and decided to cut clean and jerks short for the morning and focused in arms. Strength and pumps were good but when I went back for the PM session I absol smash it! Every weight I picked up felt light and I hit new Rep PR's all over by 3 and 4 on some sets which is unusual for me! Loving the cycle so far and no sides(*knock on wood) yet to speak off

Hell ya it is! Especially when you start blowing away your old ones! Had a long day of work to go along with my off day so taking the rest of the day to relax but I'm going to rest up and hopefully crush some quad and shoulder PRs tomorrow lol

Fueled up and crushed the am shoulder workout literally progressing up multiple reps in every set! Came back later for a PM quad session and destroyed it! Were previously I may be lucky to get a rep extra here and there, this workout I killed it with new log book records on every set! Plus I looked even harder and dryer after the leg workout then the Post AM pictures down below! Seeing as how my weight dropped I'm going to continue to up the calories and now am aiming for 4800 with 600carbs. Loving everything so far and cant wait to see what these demonz have in store for me lol

Weight:198.4
I had crazy dreams throughout the night that caused me to wake up and want to punch my father....kept dreaming he was stealing all my food as I tried to eat itonly after getting up did I remember he wasn't home and went camping all weekend. Little to say I had sub par sleep so through in a power nap before training and still managed to crush the log book! Overall had a good day but digestion was a little sub par today but not to much of an issue. Another issue I had was I woke up in the middle of the night with my leg cramped up...had to hobble to the kitchen and drink some pickle juice before it would go down and let me sleep lol all in all besides last night in loving the overall constant pumps I have on this cycle. Furthermore, I have a greater sense of the mind muscle connection while in the gym and can really feel each rep a little more than usual!

Nice log! Subscribed...I was considering war demonz (still am) big decided to start more milder with EpiAndro and 1 andro...Been on it 2 weeks today actually...Slight strength increase but hasn’t “kicked in” yet. Hopefully I get something out of it!
Dont know about how the andros will treat you but I highly recommend war demonz for your next cycle! Stuff is treating me very nicely and increasing my vascalarity even at the higher weights....which is why I'm thinking its kicking in because I just woke up at 200.2 with dick veins shooting through my arms and legs

Thankyou! Always focus on doing a few vacuums a day just to keep the mind muscle connections with the gut lol
I need to start practicing some more vacuums. I know Rich Piana use to say do them every day and hold the vacuum to get a smaller waist. Don't know if it works or not.

Thank you! Take pride in my legs because they have yet to fail me unlike my upper body which has had 3 shoulder surgeries lol...and the craziest part is the legs are still becoming more vascular! I keep waking up from dreams that make me crazy angry and this morning no pump, or food they were comple dick veined beyond normal

I need to start practicing some more vacuums. I know Rich Piana use to say do them every day and hold the vacuum to get a smaller waist. Don't know if it works or not.
I personally feel it makes a difference and it definitely helps you keep more awareness of the positioning of your abdominals and keeps you more conscious of bloating/digestive issues when you cant vaccum as well on some occasions

I personally feel it makes a difference and it definitely helps you keep more awareness of the positioning of your abdominals and keeps you more conscious of bloating/digestive issues when you cant vaccum as well on some occasions

I believe it does help, I don't do them enough .

Weight: 200.4
Woke up with insane vascalrity in my arms and legs and had actually one of the best sleeps I've had in a long time. Only downside is I felt a lil bloated from the night before but that went away after a few good bowel movements. Today was an off day from the gym, but I still did 8hours of shoveling gravel for work so not to much of an off day but oh well overall feeling good except for the occasional bloat from the massive amounts of food but I'm very content with how things are progressing. Only other noteworthy mention is again I woke up from a dream enraged because I thought someone stole my car no ither change in my mental state anger wise except for waking up

Woke up and jerseys rain gave me the day off from landscape work...had great digestion all day and massive arm pumps and strength increases for my AM arm workout. Later hit up a sushi buffet and fueled myself to go back for a pull PM session which had massive increases in reps for the log book!
A side note is that hunger is constantly up and I'm almost sweating regardless to what the ac is set at lol.sitting with 4700cals and about 600carbs a day

What sushi and sashimi are personal favs! Really I love raw meats in general especially a nice blue rare steak with a good sear... just enough cooking to make the fats on ribeye or New York strips melty lol

Weight: 203!
Up 7 pounds from the start of the cycle but I can honestly say that I'm holding a good amount of water. Muscles still have a nice pump look to them but my mid section was definitely a little fluffier than usual today. However within an hour of landscaping a cliff today I can honestly say a lot of the water weight was pulled right off me lol...guess well see Tommrow. Gym was an off day today because of the sheer amount of work that went into mulching a cliff and plus I have hamstrings up next and they felt a little tight from all the previous squats and rows from the previous sessions so an extra day before heavy squats I'd say is warranted. Another key aspect to the cycle is lately I've been having phenomenal sleep! Have been walking up only once at most in the night to pee where in the past it's been more like 3 or 4 and digestion has been insanely great the past few days. Overall the goal is keep pushing the food and weights and not worry if I gain a little fading in the mod section because I want to maximize the muscle gains from this cycle. I find it way easier to diet off fat than to gain sersious size so for now we welcome the water fluff and its feelings of constant pumps lol

A question for all, does Centurion Labz still make this product? I got my two bottles back in December from a source in EU. I hope this stuff isn't faked now. OP's obviously is not.

I'm pretty sure it's still being made. You can find it all over online if you just start looking for it, and a good amount of those places are quality sources

Weight: 200
Water weight from the sushi went away and some of the obvious water fluffy came off. No work today so got some extra sleep before a am shoulder session and a great om hamstring day! Managed to up the weight for squats and lately I've had such an enhanced feeling of the mind muscle connection and feel as if every rep is just getting such stronger overall contractions! Furthermore daily digestion was good, and no sides yet🤞. Loving the demonz a little more every day!
Calories for the day were 4800 and carbs at 620

I've been keeping them for about 3 years now. I fond it so nice to ne able to look at your previous best and to me it gives me more of an obligation to push through and overcome them. Plus it let's me look at notes I've made about previous cuts and bulks and to use that info to make the next ones more effective and efficient

Overall good day. Woke up holding water from all those post leg day carbs but must say the DMZ does a great job of holding onto it all because I dont wake up nearly as much to pee at night and as a result have a much greater sleep quality. Today was a push day and hit some nice PR's for the pressing movements and had some great pumps and fullness. Great digestion and nothing yet to complain about except I need to spend extra time to warm up and stretch before and after workouts because I tend to feel much more muscle bound, for lack of a better term, and find myself spending extra longer than usual to get through all my mobility work

Yep it's definitely beneficial to log that info!

Last night I was out late catching up with some old friends and had to wake up early for a long travel trip to visit family so I decided to make today a rest day. Figured between the lack of sleep, non standard meals, and dehydration from the long car rides their was no need to add to much more stress on my body. Took out 2 meals and replaced it with lunch at a diner with my grandfather, which consisted of some steak and eggs, but made sure calories were still equated equally. Also took some week2 progress pics and they do show I've soften up a bit. However all previous pictures were done post workout while these were done flat, slightly dehydrated, and of course non pumped so I think that also contributes to it. Overall still happy and looking forward to what's to come and am looking forward to an am arms session Tommrow and a PM push session.

Woke up surprisingly tired despite getting a good 8 hours of sleep and took another 2hour power nap before the am arm workout. Other than that ruff tired start once I got going the strength and pumps were great!
Mid day I made a mistake and took 2 doses of the war demonz and wow did I feel it in the PM pull workout! Upped my Yates row by 20 pounds and destroyed all the other log book records! New it was going to be a fun workout when I started to sweat before my first working set just moving the weights to set up got my lats pumped and after I went out with the fam and devoured a half a chicken glazed in bourbon sauce with a potato and a lil zucchini on the side! I've noticed the weight isnt moving these lats few days so I'm thinking a colorie bump may be warranted. However I can definitely see differences in the overall fullness I'm having throughout the day. All is going well and if this all keeps up I may end up doubling the dose the last 2 weeks of my cycle absorption loving it all so far and despite the morning tiredness everything is going great!
