There morons. Tell them they can't absorb all the carbs and fats either. If they eat a whole bag of Oreos only 7 of them get used twords fat gain so they mine as well have at it
Good analogy.

I eat over 150 grams over a 2 hour period daily. I only eat during these 2 hours and I am making excellent gains currently

I notice, I stopped adding my 25g shake to my 50g lunch, and I get stagnant.

This doesn’t mean the more protein you eat the more muscle you’re going to build. You only need .8 g of protein per lb of body weight to sufficiently fuel your body with enough protein for muscle recovery and growth. All that extra protein is doing nothing more than making your kidneys work harder

Watch the video. He discusses that idea. Me myself, the more protein I eat, the easier I build muscle. I need more than .8. If I dont go over 1g per lb, I get stagnant.

I just eat protein and fat until I hit 3k calories 🤷🏻‍♂️ working pretty good for me. I weigh roughly 150 though and I’m definitely eating over 150 grams

All those numbers .8 1.2 ECT are all imaginary. Every person needs a different amount. Guys in jail get like 50to75gm a day and build muscle. Meanwhile there's guys eating 400gm a day complaining there not building muscle and only weigh 175lbs
