Unanswered Test E and A.I.

Hello all
I am on 1000mg test enanthate per week and i also use aromasin 5mg per day and 100mg proviron. Is this enough for reducing estro sides or do i need more? Would it be ok if i switched aromasin for clomid and nolva?

Ah wait ****. A gram of test. In that case, start at 2-3x a week on 12.5mg asin. Increase if needed. That is a lot of test. Why?

25mg daily MAY be necessary but it’s the max useful dose (12.5mg every 12 hours indeed works better than 25mg once a day) and more you take unnecessarily will be worse for lipids. Having too low or too high estrogen is bad for cholesterol & libido. Bloodwork is the only way to know what you really need to keep it at a certain level. Otherwise it’s guess work mainly just to prevent gyno and control some bloating (cosmetic feedback, which can be very inaccurate from a health perspective).

Can you post a picture of your torso? This gives us a true idea of bodyfat and existing pseudo or real gyno. We aren’t doctors and again, bloods tell the truth.

Nolva and Clomid will not control aromatization to estrogen. Nolva will prevent gyno. Clomid is mainly useful in PCT or to plump balls up some.

No, don’t replace your AI with nolva and Clomid.

Otherwise, if you’re feeling good, everything is good.

I agree, proviron is fine here.

I’m still confused if you’re taking 5mg or 25mg daily of aromasin.

You are very lean and no fatty or glandular chest tissue - you probably need less AI than many, if anything.

There’s still no reason for you to take Nolva or Clomid right now, so if you feel good and are growing then everything is fine. If you’re taking 25mg every day though you’re probably using more than necessary though.

His original post says, 5mg a day.
I agree ... If he isn't getting Estro sides, I'd leave it right there.

Sorry for the confusion. I m taking 25mg aromasin daily split in two doses every 12 hours

I agree with Hyde. If you aren't having sides, I'd probably leave it, but it does seem a little high for your BF.

Lowering the dose should help your libido a bit. I notice if I overdo my AI my dick doesn’t want to work quite as good. Also then I get acne, and aching joints some time later if it’s really bad.

You’ll also grow a little better, with slightly higher estrogen. Estrogen keeps the androgen receptors sensitive to the androgens.
 
How did this cycle turn out?

Interested in the results with 1 gram of test
