I've been off all anabolics and PCT for about 8 months now. Not taking anything new.
3 weeks ago got a bad flare up in my left nipple. Pain and a medium sized lump.

-Been on a pretty aggressive stint of Aromasin 12.5mg ed + Nolvadex 20mg/day for almost 2 weeks now. The lump is about half size but still there.
-Should I keep taking these meds? Isn't this a long time to be crashing my estro? What do you guys recommend?
-P.S. - Got blood work a week after starting the aromasin. My estradiol went from 24 (taken 2 months ago) down to 14.

Side note. I saw my Dr for this (in the hopes of getting prescription strength meds). After sending me to a 'specialist', all they recommend is plastic surgery to get it removed. Complete refusal/denial that any medication will help or work. Interesting.

Raloxifene is what I'd get on ASAP.

But yeah, if you have a hard lunp, you may need surgery.

Yes. Keep using them. I’ve never crashed my estro and I’ve worked up to 2.5mg Letro and 20mg Nolvadex for weeks at a time. Sometimes more if necessary.
Ya crashing your estro sucks, but moobs suck worse.
Letro and Ralox is more ideal but what you’ve got will do the trick, don’t be afraid to up the dose or continue using it until everything has subsided.

Alright I'll keep riding it out and see what happens.

I actually asked the both Dr's for meds (cause prescription stuff is obviously better than my black market stuff), but both started freaking me out about the danger of nolva/aromasin/adex and how much damage it'll cause to me.

One Dr's reply:
I discussed your case with other colleagues and medications to treat breast cancer, which are hormone blocking, are typically not recommended for treatment of gynecomastia due to side effects. I am unaware of any other medications available for this issue.

You should tell this condescending cunt of a doctor that you spoke with your “colleagues” and one of them uses Letrozole 365 days a year and Nolvadex or Raloxifene 4-6 months out of the year, and his recent comprehensive labs were described as not just amazing for a steroid user but superior to most men his age.

Weird.

Ya pretty much. I’m trying to lower it enough using raloxifene and jump on Aromasin as needed. My lipids are slowing going the wrong way.
