Unanswered Insulin?

I've never used this and not sure if I would want to, but the place I get my gear mentioned insulin for muscle growth. Any one experienced with this substance? I know our bodies make this stuff so we are talking about super high amounts of insulin.

Here is what I know. Used right you can get an insane amount of muscle growth. Do insulin wrong and you die within a few hours. Do lots of research before you inject your self with insulin. You have to eat a lot of carbs in a window after you inject or you go to sleep and might not wake up.

There are plenty of people on here that can give you more detailed advise, but don’t try it until you for sure get your ducks in a row. And have all the info needed.

Already discouraged. Not enough carbs after injection and you can fall sleep and never wake up! I will probably not ever take it. lol

AAS get the job done well enough!

I took insulin for about two weeks but I didn't have it in a fridge( at the time I shared a fridge with roommates and didn't want them asking questions), I was underwhelmed by it to say the least. I still have 3/4 of my novalin bottle but I left my space heater on in my old room so I'm pretty sure it's no good.
Insulin..It's supposed to be the most anabolic hormone but I really wasn't impressed.with the lack of results.
I would do anywhere from 3 iu to 20 iu post workout..

It seems like one can just buy novolin from a pharmacy. Is this not a controlled substance?
That one isn’t. It’s a six hour insulin, so you have a longer window of consumption. Could be a good or bad thing.

Huh. Well the guy that supplies me is a veteran of BB competitions and AAS and has used it before. He warned me to stay away from the stuff. He said insulin is usually for the determined and obsessive guys in IFBB

Id say if youre not a very serious high level competitor, its not worth the risks

Insulin, when dosed correctly and assuming you eat a MINIMUM 10 g of carbs per iu, is actually pretty benign. I have high blood sugar naturally so maybe that is why I never went hypo. I did once feel the symptoms of hypoglycemia coming on and those were the best 3 bowls of Captain crunch I've ever had in my life. Lol

There is a lot to know with insulin. It is not a beginner or intermediate drug. It can be used safely and effectively, and cause massive gains; however, you need to know what the hell you're doing. You need to monitor your blood sugar levels constantly. You need to know what type of insulin you're using, and the active window. You need to know the different types of carbs, and how much of each type will raise your blood sugar and by how much. You need to gauge your tolerance because some are more sensitive than others. It's scary as hell to go hypo, and it's easier than you might think. It's also much more effective with HGH since the two together have a synergistic effect and release more igf-1.
