What about the veggies? If you are loading up on Protein which are amino acids, you need minerals to buffer that. Include some broccoli, and spinach into the mix.
Also look into the anabolic diet. This one uses low carb 5 days a week, then 2 days of high card. The caloric zig-zag causes over compensation for glycogen replenishment in muscle. Also good for the weekend social environment.

3 to 5 thousand a day. First off, huge variation of calories. Second, how much protein you consuming? Get in about 280g protein or more. Third, highly doubt you need 5000 calories in the first place.

If that is the case, and you are not gaining muscle, either your hormones are messed up, which could explain these threads, or your training is bad.

What hormones could be messed up, I got my free t checked and it’s borderline low at 48,47 being hypo. And my training is solid I progress every week I don’t understand how I can squat 405 and deadlift 500 but have very little to show for it’s extremely frustrating.

If you are borderline hypogonadism, that will effect fat loss, muscle gain, bone density, overall health, and it will majorly effect mental health. You need to go back to the doctor if that is the case, get more bloods, and get a plan going for your hormones. Could be a big reason that you are on edge.

If you are trying to gain and you are stalling you need to eat more. Simple and plain. Also unless you are enhanced, you should drop down your protein to around 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight and fill in the rest with carbs and fats. Progressive eating in conjunction with progress training and sleep enough to recover.

Crazy protein amount! Even if i was running gear i still wouldn't intake that amount. Protein also has a high thermic effect so your body works hard to break it down and this expends calories. Swap out about 200+ grams of that protein and bump your fat intake

Just do 1g of protein times your bodyweight. FAR more than enough. Even if on gear.

Remember though you just want a marginal increase in weight. If your going up 4-5 pounds in a month then more than half of that is fat.. I try aim for 0.5 pounds a week ie 2 pounds a month.

This way your still staying fairly lean and building mass. You will gain some fat. That's just part of the game but when it comes to cutting you only need to do a short cut and you won't lose as much muscle... If any

I recon the food is really jealous of him cos when he walks around with his arms flared out which he can't help even though he has no lats (I've seen a pic) he looks so intimidating that he scares the food into not letting him gain weight. All of his teachers in school wanna fight him cos he he soooooo big. They are entertaining reads I recommend you all check out his other threads.

Thanks man when you say fat,I thought fat was bad? I try to eat nothing but clean food but there so low in calories I try to avoid any fatty foods! I see a lot of bodybuilders online eat stuff like burgers, burritos, subs, chips, pizza! Is it ok to eat if I’m on a bulk because I cut these foods out and I would love to enjoy them again?

"Fat" used to be a bad word in nutrition. Years ago, your doctor might have recommended that you limit or avoid fat in your diet to prevent weight gain and health problems like heart disease and diabetes. Now doctors know that all fats aren't bad. In fact, some fats lower your cholesterol level and help keep you healthy.

Fats have many important functions in your body. They:

  • Give you energy
  • Keep your body warm
  • Build cells
  • Protect your organs
  • Help your body absorb vitamins from foods
  • Produce hormones that help your body work properly
The key is to get a good balance of fats and other nutrients in your diet. Eat the healthiest kinds of fats, in the right amounts.

To better understand the types of fat:

I wouldn’t know, one of the most exhausting and tedious things I do every day is TRYING to get 300. I fail every singe day doing that, and I’m 240lbs.

I know from daily experience how delusional high schoolers are. I go to a gym full of them and I can tell they think they are 250lbs eating 5k cals a day.
Only they’re 145, eating 1900 cals a day.
Puberty messes their brains up I think.

If I’m lucky, I’ll break 4000+ 3 out of 7 days. Im just honest enough with myself to admit it and work on it.
If I don’t gain, I eat more, or I add more calorie dense foods.
I’ll never buy “I eat XXXX cals a day but still can’t gain”
1. You’re not eating the calories you’re claiming
2. You complain about it hoping theres some magic bullet we will offer, instead of simply eating more.
If it were easy, Everyone would be jacked.

Cut up A bunch off chicken breast, and swallow with water like chicken soup!
Most IFBB pros aren’t needing 500 grams of protein in a day. At 300+ lbs. Why would a teenager need that much?
You need carbs and fats. I’ve tried to chicken and brown rice my way to 275, I’ll save you the trouble, it can’t be done, essspppeeeccciiaallly with your teen metabolism.

The next will be a thread about how you need to do steroids at 19 because your metabolism is too fast, and it’s all so unfair, and you know now you’re not going to want kids in 14 years, and you’re prepared to need cialis every day and blah blah blah.

Eat more.

Specifically Eat more carbs and fats, the “500” protein grams that’s probably actually 190 will suffice anyhow.

It's dead easy guys

Breakfast, tub of Ben and Jerry's plus 4 scoops whey isolate in water, then repeat for 3 more meals throughout the day.

Remember to mix things up so, cookie dough ice cream with cookies and cream protein one meal then maybe phish food with banana the next etc.

Macros for the day, about 5800cals 450g protein and a **** load of carbs and fat.

Job done.

Believe me bro it’s a double edged sword. Also I think over time my tastes have definitely changed. I mostly do a lot of meats and veggies and eggs. Fish, poultry. But at this point I would almost rather some meat and spinach with some blue cheese instead of a burger or pizza. Good thing is I almost always have 75 grams of protein or so with all my meals. So in 4 meals, I’m at 300. And even when I’m not trying I’m basically in keto lol.

No 2-3 I eat drumsticks and 1 pound chicken breast!
A pound of chicken breast is roughly 130 grams of protein, you're definitely overestimating your intake. Invest in a weighing scale, stick to whole foods and download a calorie counter. I'm sorry but you don't look like you're ANYWHERE near your natural potential in your photos, so it's either that or your training is **** (or both). Also, if your T is tanked that could hinder progression, but keyword HINDER. Not HALT. Judging by your physique I'd say even 2500 cals would illicit results, so I would suggest you go back to the drawing board before making such ridiculous statements. I do genuinely hope you figure your **** out, though.

Get a food scale and measure out a days worth of calories and track it with my fitness pal, and once you see its 2600 calories, you can then start to fix it.
