aiuto dell'acne
durante un ciclo, viene fuori un sacco di acne, quali farmaci posso usare, da risolvere?

I know, google translated it, but he should post questions in English imho, members should not have to use translation software just to see what he is saying. English is not my first or second language also, but I would not post a question on here in my language and expect any answers. Google translate is free and he should use it.

As for the question itself: low dose (ro)accutane, high does of Vitamin B5, doxy or nizoral shampoo as a face wash(some people have success, but can irritate skin). Duac gel(benzoyl peroxide + clindamycin) is also a good option.
 
Fix your hormones. You’re off balance. Too much dht or estrogen.

If nothing else works, try accutane or a topical accutane product.

The problem, accutane therapy is permanent, and off cycle your skin will be awfully dry. Also it has the chance to make everything so much worse. Horrifically worse. Bleeding cysts on top of cysts...

Bleeding cysts is what people get when they first try Accutane, it is called "initial breakout" or purging, pushes whatever you have under your skin to outside. 2nd+ courses it is not that bad anymore. I have done multiple courses of (ro)Accutane, skin and lips usually return to normal within 2 months, each time skin improves also off Accutane, I just cant afford having any acne due to my job.
