Back for the gainzzzzzz

Hello, been a long time, since like 2016 I think. Ran a few cycles and have a few logs in here. I ended up giving my self a hernia deadlifting, unknowingly. It was pinching off my intestines and making me vomit up any food I ate, lost about 30lbs in a month. Finally figured out I had a hernia, had to have surgery twice to fix it. With all that being said I went from 190+ to about 150lbs after being sick and all the surgery. Got depressed for a while and stopped working out all together. So today I'm 35 years old and roughly 160lbs, 6'1 so I'm still a skinny cunt.

I'm gonna run a epistane + 4andro + dermacrine cycle to try and get back closer to where I was. Already have the epistane, just waiting on the cycle support, pct and research chems. To get started. Have a bottle of 120 10mg epi, gonna do a sort of pulse for the first two weeks with 20mg a day split up pre and post workout and before the evening, after which I'll run the epi 30mg a day till the bottles finished. Input is welcome, I'm just posting here to log it though.

Making some modifications, gonna run 30mg a day straight through. Cycle should be 5 weeks and a few days. Thinking of replacing the 4andro with rad140 and keeping the dermacrine.

Been busy with the gains. Changed my mind on the extra ****, I'm just gonna run the epi. I felt the epi the first day I took it and I'm happy with that. Dont see the point of running anything extra with it, "shut down" will happen regardless so why waste the money. I didnt get any specific cycle support either, I got all the supplements separate so I can do my own dosage, NAC, milk thistle, grape/cel seed extract etc. I figure from the information I've gathered here and from personal experience the lethargy comes from over loading your organs with bullshit only a small amount from the actual shut down. Will see how it goes I've put on about 3 pounds in the first week, already have a full body pump all day after I do my first dose of the day.

Good plan, don't use anything extra if your making progress. I've felt like sh1t in the past by throwing everything and the kitchen sink at support supps. You end up taking like ten grams of herbs and extracts that screw with your digestion and can hamper your workouts. It's always better to be safe than sorry but for a single oral 5 week cycle your body will make its own adjustments for the most part. Could be raised liver enzymes, obviously suppression will occur and would be a good idea to regularly check blood pressure and have taurine on hand for back pumps.

It would take a lot to cause catastrophic conditions in 5 weeks and 30mg epi per day is a drop in the ocean. Some people drink spirits every night for 5 weeks without support supps, the guy on Supersize me ate nothing but sh1t for 30 days without support supps and although doctors were concerned he started reversing the negative effects immediately after "coming off".

BP is still normal, I never really had a problem with back pumps, I get them a little but it just feels like a light back workout. The feel the bad pumps in my calves more but still only slightly. Gonna use kings blood and nolva for pct.
