Unanswered Adex dosing

What’s your guys standard adex protocol for a test cycle? I’ll be on 400mg here when I decide to hop on. Was thinking of taking .25mg adex eod but didn’t know if I’d need more or a different dosing. .5 eod seems to be common but was just curious what some of you did.
 
I’m on 600mg/wk and so far I’ve taken 0.25mg, crashed my E2 for a couple days, then waited awhile, pinned a full 600mg, and the next day took 0.1mg, no crash. So far so good. I might not even need it yet.

Was thinking if I use .25mg on pin days and double my test dose I should double the adex dose as well.

Not necessarily going to be the case. Keep it where it is first, if estrogen related issues arise, increase it then.
