Horrible bloat and stomach cramp on nolvadex

First day of PCT, and nolva is causing terrible stocmach cramps and bloating and gas, is that normal? If so any way to minimise it
 
I think everyone reacts differently to serms. I'd say make sure you're getting in enough water each day to avoid cramps due to any dehydration. Some others might chime in and give some more feedback on this.

Is it normal to get crazy erections in start with nolva?I'm at work at erections stay hard for 1-2 minutes, you can see it through my trousers
 
I’m curious, but when administering a research liquid dose, do you guys generally add it to something like Gatorade or juice?
 
I didn’t have the erections but I did have crazy stomach cramps and crazy constipation - needed OTC enema but that (and getting my dose down) straightened me out

Would you recommend novladex?
I used to use Clomid but I would get tingling on my nipples which is a bad sign, so I just got nolvadex because my understanding is that it’s more effective and less likely to have gyno problems.

After reading this post I’m considering on going back to Clomid and getting rid of the Novladex.

So other than that wicked constipation I was actually good with the Nolva. In fact, I had some gyno issues on cycle and OTC Armistane actually took care of that so I don't think I needed much to straighten me out. Have you started taking Nolva and had issues?
