Unanswered 1st Cycle Question?

I'm on my third week of first steroid cycle of testosterone cypionate. I have noticed a slight mood boost, but no significant gains yet. I read it takes a few weeks to kick in. Doing 400 mg test a week.

I was asking if it's possibly safe/tolerable to add in dianabol for 4-6 weeks? Saw some examples of novice cycles from website and one had test and dbol being used every week. I have used oral prohormones such as methylclostebol so I'm not a newbie to oral steroids, though I've heard dbol is more powerful than most prohormone-labeled steroids.

Read that two major side effects of dbol are liver toxicity and high blood pressure. For liver protection I have UDCA (not TUDCA), the stuff that is clinically used at treat patients with liver cirrhosis. For high blood pressure I have prescribed propranolol (beta blockers).

Good idea or bad?
 
I would add the dbol along with some SNS Liver Assist XT and CEL Tudca. It took me like 6 weeks to start noticing the test and 8 weeks for it to feel like it fully kicked in

You could say that again!;) but I agree pick up some good cycle support to run while on cycle.

Well it takes 3 weeks to peak. So you are just starting basically. Also, just a 400mg test cycle wont produce any miracles. On just 400mg you really have to have training and food dialled in. You also have to be on it for at least 12 weeks - 16 or 20 would be much better but being suppressed for so long is a thing to consider. Imo just low dose test cycles are a bit useless. You are definitely aiming in the right direction with the dbol. I would however add another injectable to the cycle. Like DHB or primo, EQ...
 
Thanks for responses. I have UDCA (ursodeoxycholic acid) on hand. I believe that's the best line of defense against liver damage according to doctors who treat liver cirrhosis patients. Sounds like I'm on the short end of the test dosage, but I can bump it up to 600. What did you guys dose at to good results from test? Yeah, I'm now ordering dbol.
 
I also have leftover Assault Labs Blockade when I took PHs. I'm gonna keep cycle simple: test + dbol. Already have AI on hand and PCT (clomid, nolvadex, and hcg).

I did everything by the book and did a test only cycle and for the most part it was boring af. I did get really damn strong by week 10 though. Just have that AI ready to dose much higher if need be. I’d really like to see everyone with Letro if they are going to mess with Test/Dbol. But I guess not everyone is as gyno prone as I am. You are going to enjoy this ride so much more in a few weeks.
 
Also go to 600. You’re already suppressed, may as well get the results too. Test at 150-450 just basically makes it so I don’t lose muscle if I don’t eat on some random day, it doesn’t do much in the realm of putting slabs of muscle on, nothing like real solid calories can do. Dbol will put muscle on you with just glancing at weights and eating the same. But don’t do that of course. Eat like crazy and train without skipping workouts. When you are cycling and not blasting/cruising its two steps forward one step back, you want to shoot for 3 steps forward if you can.
 
Yeah I'm doing 600. Is anastrozole good? That's what I got, though I can afford to buy letrozole as well. Yeah heard dbol is a big aromatizing drug. I may be more prone than average because when I did PHs my pecs got a little puffy around nipple areas.
 
Just be prepared to dose it higher than expected. I feel if you are going to get into drugs like Deca Dbol Trest etc, it’s good to have a little research grade Letro around just in case you need something strong. I have to run it year round practically and there’s months and months I’m only on 200-300 test only. Just the hand I’ve been dealt and I don’t like gyno. I actually keep Letro, Prami, Nolva, Ralox, and Inhibit-P on hand year round no matter what so I already have it if I happen to need it quickly.
There’s no need to spend $75 at Optim or RUI, there’s several decent RC’s that have it for $29.99 that aren’t underdosed
 
Oh you don't have dbol yet... well in that case why not order tbol or SD or... a dht basically. It will put on more muscle then dbol. Talking about actuall tissue not some watery mushy substance that dbol creates.

Dex is ok yes. If you wont add other injectables then yes, go to 600. But tbh I'm not a fan of test. I like to keep it rather low and let other gear do the work.
 
Will stick with dbol and test for now. I'm gonna grab letro. In future cycles I will use other stuff. I bought trestolone acetate for future use.

For a second cycle, is trestolone a good thing to add in or is it too strong after only experience with one cycle? Everyone seems to say it's quite powerful.

What you’re running will help you understand estro sides. It’s advanced just in that it’s hard to dial in the estrogen. Raloxifene with an AI seems to do the trick for a lot of us. It’s also highly suppressive so you should really keep it under 8 weeks and have a solid post cycle ready to go. I should probably say it’s not the very best second cycle but if you are more than prepared......

How about deca for second cycle? Isn't that a bulking steroid? Probably too soon to ask as I'm not even close to finishing first cycle.
 
FYI you will get shutdown not suppressed. So really not much to "keep an eye on" really regarding that.

It’s never too soon to research and try and learn more.
 
If I ever were to use steroids I would 100% do anavar. Experiment with it and try high dose. I like the more shredded look, and so does the rest of the population, they notice shreds and think you have an amazing body, even if you are not that big

Hm... can't really agree with this. Genarl population/women like the beach body look which is really not shredded by our standards.10% is the lowest I would go regarding that but would preferably stay closer to 12%. Kinda depends on where you store fat (ie. legs/arms vs belly) but still; shredded look is appreciated only by gym rats and pro BB's.

Also high dose var... be prepared for a lot of cramps and delibetating pumps. In my experience going to much above 50mg is counterproductive. If you want lots of lean mass go with something stronger.

I agree. In my experience, most people are put off by “shredded” but seem to appreciate someone who is lean. That said, to me, it would be more useful to stretch out a t-shirt than be extra lean. I don’t have my shirt off much. (But I always have abs, just in case)
 
Yeah, I'd say leanness with a decent amount of upper body mass is nice to look at for women (and men). I mostly am just after a better v-taper look.

Well, everyone! I finally got my dbol and also an extra vial of test. Cycle is now a real cycle! : )

I’d call anavar the classic beach body drug. And yeah, take a lot and it’s just brutal trying to go for a walk or work a job...

Winstrol is the classic “shredded” look drug.

You know that though.
 
Im on 80mg right now and havent had this problem, but ive seen enough to understand how it could cause problems probably at a higher dose.

It's very individual specific off course but it also depends on the quality of your gear. It might be underdosed and/or just bad quality. For me 80mg var was impeding my training so I took lover amounts after that. But I did try all the doses, 25, 40, 50, 65, 80... Sweet spot is 40. Like where I feel enhanced but not like I am on them roids if you know what I mean. But tbh my philosophy with aas is lower dosages, enhancement, not all out savegary, if you know what I mean...

Why is it hard to go for a walk or job?

Pumps and cramps. At a certain level stuff starts to impede your training. Idk, it might be fun for some to have insane pumps that make it really hard to train, but for it doesn't make much sense. And if you are cutting, then high doses will make it really hard, if not impossible, to do proper cardio. I couldn't do it. Even on the elliptical, where you wont get much calf pumps I still got cramps and tightness in the stomach area. Couldn't really do it... But, this is for you to find out for your self. What dosage works best for you.

I have 50mg tabs that i strongly feel are legit. The other 30mg are 10mg tabs that are prob underdosed considering who its from.

Only 4 weeks in but ive def had a workout or two where i had trouble finishing sets cause my arms locked up.

For me, every workout was like that. I mean, it would be strange that just some would be. I mean, pumps are greater on basically any cycle you are on. I don't know if that is avoidable. But the fact that you can't do for instance pull ups to the full extent of the motion, because your arms get to pumped, or that you can't do DL's because of back pumps, etc. basically any motion gets hindered, is just nonsense to me. Training is the fun part, size is a consequence of that. So dosage needs to be adjusted.

Tbh just focusing on size is kinda pathological. I know this makes little to no sense writing in an aas forum, but I've seen it in my self. Started to loose motivation for training when of cycle, started getting anxious, not relaxed in life as fitness and body image started to take much of my focus and in general not relaxed when outside, among people as my body image is constantly in my head. So, this is why I think; focusing just on size is generally bad for our mental health heh It just brings body dismorphia and bigorexia. IT's really hardly avoidable. lol, I'm rambling, but it's the truth.
